Y'all: Can you maybe write another part for this story please 🥺
Me: Of course sweetie. Whatever you want 🥰******************
Hot.
It was too hot Jeongyeon thought as she kicked the blankets off her body. Thanks to Boo and Dobby, she was sweating up a storm. She loved those little dogs with all her heart, but right now she wished they weren't sprawled across her, acting as a heater.
"Sorry Boo and Dobby, but you're killing me here," Jeongyeon said as she gently pushed the dogs aside. Boo just rolled over and went right back to sleep while Dobby whined and licked her hand. Why the two dogs always ended up sleeping with her she didn't know. Momo had come to accept the fact that her little fur babies preferred Jeongyeon to their own mother.
Jeongyeon got up from the couch and stretched, groaning a little when her back popped loudly. Nayeon had told her countless times to just share a bed with one of them instead of sleeping on their couch, but Jeongyeon just couldn't bring herself to do it. She was already unofficially living with them right under their landlord's nose; sharing a bed with one of the roommates seemed a step too far.
That day when Nayeon and Momo had found her, they had brought her back to their apartment and she never really left after that. No one could blame her though. Momo kept feeding her delicious meals, which was really hard to turn down. Meanwhile Nayeon sweet talked her into doing whatever she wanted. She didn't want to hurt the girl's feelings or make her worry needlessly about where she was sleeping at night so it was easier to stay. It certainly didn't have anything to do with the butterflies she got every time Nayeon was around.
Speaking of the older girl.
"Morning Jeongyeon!"
"Good morning." Jeongyeon made her way to the kitchen and started pulling out ingredients for rolled omelettes while Nayeon got a pot of coffee going.
"I have study group tonight so I'll be home late. What time does your shift end?" Nayeon asked.
"Not til 6. They want me to cover for Jackson since he's still out sick." She heated up the pan then started cracking eggs into a bowl. "Want me to drop off food again?"
"Yes please. Thank you!" Nayeon smiled cutely. It made the other girl's heart skip a beat.
"Okay. Just text me what you want."
"I'm so glad you work at that chicken shop now Jeongyeon."
"I know. You tell me all the time," Jeongyeon rolled her eyes playfully.
The roommates had convinced her to quit her convenience store job when they found out just how little money she was actually making. Momo reached out to an old friend who was able to offer Jeongyeon a much better job at a chicken shop not far from where Nayeon attended university. When she got her first paycheck, she had bought herself a nice winter coat and a cellphone.
"I'm late! I'm late!" Momo came running into the kitchen, struggling to put on her blazer while simultaneously trying to fix her hair.
"Momo, it's only 7:30. You're not late," Nayeon said.
"Eh?! But I thought...." Momo looked at the clock on the wall then back to her watch. "Awww! I could've slept for twenty more minutes," she groaned. "Stupid watch."
"Where's your phone?" Jeongyeon asked while pouring the eggs into the pan.
"I left it in my car. I was too lazy to go back and get it last night."
Another big development that had happened recently: Momo's parents had sent her enough money for a down payment on a used car. She usually dropped off Nayeon and Jeongyeon on her way to work every morning so they only had to ride the bus at night now.
