Play the song to set the mood

Have you ever had those moments where you know you should be focused, but there's something or someone who just pulls all your attention away? No matter how hard you try, you just can't get your mind to cooperate. All you can think about is that distraction.

That's exactly how Nayeon was feeling. Her manager was going over her schedule for the week while she waited for her turn during the group's photo shoot, but Nayeon couldn't find it in her to pay attention to anything the woman said. Not when Yoo Jeongyeon was just across the room from her wearing that black suit.

She didn't know whether to bless or curse the stylists that had chosen Jeongyeon's outfit for today's shoot. Those black pants highlighted just how long her legs were, and while Nayeon did appreciate those long legs, that's not what had her so distracted.

The black suit jacket was tailored in such a way that no matter how Jeongyeon moved, it stayed open just above her navel, revealing the younger woman's bare midriff. Nayeon hadn't been able to take her eyes off of her since she'd come out wearing it.

Once again, Nayeon found herself being drawn in by the charm that was Yoo Jeongyeon. The younger woman's bare midriff was like a siren, lulling her closer with its call, tempting her to do something she shouldn't.

She watched as Jeongyeon played on her phone while talking to one of the managers. As if sensing Nayeon's eyes on her, she suddenly looked up and their gazes locked with one another. Nayeon quickly looked away, and her cheeks grew hot with embarrassment at having been caught.

The flurry of activity in the room was a good distraction so it was easy to pretend she was suddenly interested in a conversation some of the staff were having not far away from her. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Jeongyeon heading her way.

Nayeon sprang up from her seat, fully intending to slip away with the excuse that she needed the restroom, but Jeongyeon cut off her only path. The younger woman reached her and eyed her curiously.

"Unnie, why is your face red? Are you sick?" Jeongyeon pressed the back of her hand against Nayeon's forehead and frowned. "You don't feel like you have a fever. Are you okay?"

"I'm fine Jeongyeon. Really," Nayeon said. The taller woman didn't seem convinced.

"I'll go ask Jiwon unnie to buy you some medicine."

Jeongyeon turned to run off to find her manager, but Nayeon reached out and grabbed her arm, halting her in her tracks.

"I don't need medicine Jeongyeon."
