A soft sound woke you from your sleep. Even though it was the weekend, you had set an alarm to wake up rather early. The screen of your phone showed the time when you turned off the alarm: 2 am
With still half-closed eyes, you stared at the wall in front of you for a while. Even though you had turned in way before your usual bedtime the evening before, you still weren't used to waking up so early in the morning. Of course, there was a reason for you to set an alarm so early when the sun hadn't even come out yet.

The covers were rustling next to you and the next thing you knew, two strong arms were slung around your waist. Shota pressed his face onto your side. "Is it time already?" mumbled Shota when he distanced his face away from you for a bit before pressing it right back against your clothes. You reached out to stroke his head for a bit. While his hair was sliding through your fingers, you said with a sigh, "Yeah. I'll have to leave now. You can continue sleeping."
The bed creaked slightly when your weight left the mattress and you got ready to go out. Before you left, you quickly placed a kiss on Shota's cheek, who was still lying in bed.

But now that you were outside, a realisation suddenly hit you. You needed your hero costume for what you were about to do and since all the costumes were in the classroom, a teacher was needed for you to enter.
Just as you wanted to unlock the door to your room, it suddenly opened on its own, revealing Shota behind it. He suddenly took your arm, pulled you back inside and closed the door behind him.
Once the door was shut, he gently pulled you towards the middle of your room, where a kotatsu lay. With a soft push on your shoulders, he indicated that he wanted you to be seated there. "You still have plenty of time until you need to be there. Eat something first." Since you had no reason to refuse, you agreed to do so and you also thought that getting something in your stomach before your mission wouldn't hurt. To be honest, you hadn't thought of eating something first before heading out, so you appreciated your boyfriend's thoughtfulness.

"Well then, I'll get going now." You now stood fully geared and dressed in your hero costume. Shota leaned down towards you and gave you a peck on your forehead. It felt nice, but somehow, you got the feeling that it wasn't enough. And so, you slung your arms around his neck to pull him back down and kiss him on his lips. With this, it felt like you got a charm for the day. Before you parted, his last words were, "Take care and see you later." You waved him goodbye and eventually disappeared from his sight.

As you neared a big house, you keenly scanned your surroundings. When nothing suspicious caught your eye, you carefully went around the house and eventually arrived at a back door. Upon standing there, you quickly took out your phone and glanced at the screen to check the time. It was exactly 4:30 am.

Just as you wanted to knock on the door, it opened on its own. A man was standing there, signalling you with a wave of his hand to come inside. He led you upstairs and in front of a door. "Wait here for Miss Ai. She'll come in a bit." So you stood next to the door and waited.
Nothing happened for the next half an hour. You had stood there the whole time until someone finally came out of it. It was a famous actress, also known under the artist name Ai.

While you had waited for her, you had noticed that there was quite a commotion outside. A quick glance out the window, and you saw a hurdle of people gathered around the house. "Reporters, huh?" As you watched the reporters, you tried to think of how to safely get Ai to the car while being careful not to be seen by them. After all, no one knew what they could be capable of writing.
By the time you had devised a plan, Ai finally came out of her room. When she saw you, she smiled and directly steered towards you. Before you knew it, Ai had grabbed your hands and shook them while smiling brightly. Her behaviour caught you off guard, which startled you and caused your body to stiffen up.
"You're here (Y/N)-chan!... Or should I call you Blood Rose?" Still a little taken aback, it took you a while to answer her. "Uhm... You can call me with whichever you feel more comfortable with."
