The bell rang, signalling the end of class for the day. "Hm? Why are you not packing up?" Asui asked, when she noticed that you weren't making any motions to clean up your desk. "Ah... It's just that I wanted to ask Aizawa-sensei some questions regarding the lesson just now." Asui nodded understandably and when she finished packing up, she went out like everyone else.

Once all your classmates had left the classroom, you were walking towards your teacher with some books and when you had almost reached him, you wanted to get to the point immediately, "Shot-" But the moment you had started to say your lover's name, he hushed you by clamping his palm against your mouth as he used his other hand to put a finger to his lips. His actions surprised you so much, that you gasped in silence since he had blocked your mouth. Shota moved his head closer to your ear and whispered, "There's someone outside the classroom." Your gaze immediately shot towards the open door and that was, when Shota released you since he could see in your calm eyes that you now understood the situation. What he said was true, you could see a piece of the school's uniform peeking out from the side of the door frame.

As if nothing had happened, Shota asked, "You got a question?" You whipped your head back to him and immediately acted like a "normal" student would with their teacher. "Ah yes, I have a question about this. I don't quite understand how to solve it." You opened the book to the page you had been at last, and pointed at the question. After looking over it for a second, Shota began to explain the way to solve it and you were listening to him attentively while taking notes.

7 minutes had passed when you shut your books and put all your things into your bag. The person who had been next to the door was still there. During these past few minutes, they had been moving a few times, though only slightly once in a while but they never showed their face.
When you turned to Shota, he nodded and signalled for you to go ahead, which you did after nodding back. "Thank you for your help Aizawa-sensei." It took a few steps for you to get out and when you had barely stepped through the doorframe, someone almost jumped at you, frightening you so much that you let out a small gasp while stepping backwards right into the classroom again.
Even though you knew that someone was there, you didn't expect them to jump at you like this. But just as you had anticipated, the one who had been lingering next to the door was Aizen Sota.

He immediately began to speak, "Senpai, can you really not reconsider?" You sighed. "I'm sorry but I haven't and won't change my mind..." It was clear as day that he was desperate and he began to look glum upon your second rejection. "Say Aizen-kun..." When you started to talk again, he looked at you with a hopeful expression. Guilt tucked a little bit on your heart.
"He looks a lot like Deku." It had taken some time for you to realize why you were agreeing to what Uraraka had said some time before.
"Are you sure... that you aren't... you know, maybe you're... confusing admiration with love?" Somehow, you became hesitant when you said that to him and you couldn't bring yourself to look at the boy. Aizen Sota had turned silent for a few seconds but when he finally spoke up again, his reaction wasn't what you had had in mind. "No, I think I really like you senpai!"

Since he was so stubborn, you decided to be firmer with your answer. "I won't change my mind. Not even one millimeter. Or be it in one, two or even ten years. My answer will still be no." But it seemed that even that didn't get through his head. "Senpai, I-". Just as he had begun to speak up again, he got interrupted. Though it wasn't you who disrupted him. A deep voice suddenly appeared from behind you.
"Could you please not bother my student?" Judging from the tone of voice, rather than a request, it sounded more like an order. Surprised by Shota's sudden appearance, you turned your head as far back as you could to look at him.

Shota's appearance made the Kohai hesitate. It was clear that he was intimated by your homeroom teacher and so he immediately stopped trying to talk to you. The first year quickly lowered his eyes, seemingly discouraged to finish the rest of his sentence upon your homeroom teacher's appearance. You used this opportunity to reject him one last time. "I'm really sorry Sota-kun. I won't be able to return your feelings." It seemed that it finally got through his head that he really had no chance of winning your heart. Of course, that was because your heart already belonged to the one who was standing behind you.
