The following days had proceeded all the same for (Y/N): Waking up, attending classes, going back to the dorm. Of course eating breakfast, lunch and dinner was also in the daily routine.

But there was one thing she had noticed the moment she had gotten discharged from the hospital and which she couldn't come up with a conclusion.
(Y/N) had noticed something that was stored inside her closet. It was a bag which contained clothes; mostly black-coloured. But the strange thing was, that those clothes were way too large of a size for her to wear. So she had questioned why she had them.
"Whose thesehes are these...?" Since it was pretty obvious that they didn't belong to any of her classmates, she guessed that it was of no point to ask them about it. But there was something else that also didn't come unnoticed by her. It was a second toothbrush and a mug that was placed right next to hers on the sink in her bathroom. She had no recollection of those things. And seeing them, made her question what she had done and thought before she had lost her memories.

All this time, she had had a feeling, as if she had lost something very precious. As if something in her everyday life had gone missing.
When (Y/N) wanted to stand up, she unfortunately tripped due to Kuro getting between her feet. In the struggles to not kick her cat, she ended up falling right onto the bag, which she had rummaged out of the closet, shattering the clothes all over the floor.
She groaned in pain because she had fallen face first onto the floor. Had it not been for the clothes she had landed on, she was most likely sure to get a bump on her body.

Just as she wanted to stand up, she suddenly stopped in the middle of her track. And that, because her nose had picked something up. A smell had surrounded her.
The girl didn't move as it seemd that she got paralyzed. Her breath suddenly began to hitch and a quiet, almost inaudible plopping sound reached her ears. Her eyes darted to the source of the sound and what she saw were a few drops of water on the floor right in front of her.
"Huh?"

Not long after she had spotted those drops, her vision began to get blurred and her eyelashes got heavy. A blink and the weight lifted from her leashes which lead her to be able to see normal again but the droplets on the floor had multiplied instead. "...Why am I crying?" The tears proceeded to drop on her hands she was slowly holding up to her face and she stared at those small tears which were forming a tiny puddle on her palms. Was it the smell that got her reacting like this? But if so, why?

It took her a while to move from the floor and when she did, she stood up and slowly began to pick up the clothes on the floor in order to fold them and place them back into the bag and the closet. And she did all that while in a daze. The thing that got her out of her daze was a loud knocking sound that came from the direction of her door. It made her snap out of it and after completely regaining her senses, she moved to the door to open it. Outside, there stood Jiro. "What's up?" (Y/N) asked the girl who had kocked but got greeted with a shocked expression on Jiro's face.

"Wh-what's wrong? What happened?" Jiro asked in a panicked and slightly shaky voice. (Y/N) didn't know what she meant and just furrowed her eyebrows but the next thing the girl in front of her asked, made her realise why she was acting this way. "Why are you crying?"

With a quick motion, she used her sleeve to wipe away the tears on her face. And to answer her classmate's question, she said, "It's nothing. I think I remembered something just now but it seems that I forgot already."
One could clearly see how awkward it was for Jiro to suddenly see her like this but she quickly said something. "Well... the reason why I came to you was because I wanted to asked you to go shopping with us? Maybe it could help you get your mind off things if you're feeling down." It didn't take long for (Y/N) to think about the offer and she agreed.

So now here she was, on the way to a shopping mall. The girls said, that this was their first time coming here ever since it had opened, which was a month ago. (Y/N) didn't have any intention of buying something but since one could never be too sure, she brought her wallet with her.
