Softly opening your eyes, you found yourself in an unknown room. It was definitely a different room than the dark and old one where you had been held captive. A bright, white ceiling came into your sight, which made you seriously wonder where you were. "This definitely can't be their hideout... So, where am I?"
From the soft fabric that surrounded you, you realised that you were laying on a bed. Your body felt weak but you still struggled to sit up to somehow figure out your current situation.
After looking around the much bigger room than the one you had in mind, you finally knew where you were. "The hospital..." Suddenly, your body began to heat up, in which aching was shortly following; especially your muscles were throbbing like crazy.
Looking down onto your body, you saw several badges, covering your bloody injuries and bruises on your skin. It also felt tight around your head, so your lifted your hand to touch a bandage that was wrapped around it.

As you were trying to leave the bed to get outside the room, your legs were suddenly giving in and you dropped onto the floor. "What's wrong with my body?" A look at your shaking hands was enough for you to realise that something was not right. But your attention got drawn away from your thoughts to the door, due to the sudden sound of it sliding. Two people were entering the room. One of them wore a white coat and the other one was completely dressed in black. The one with the white coat must be the doctor, as for the other one... It was Eraserhead, whom you had seen before your blackout.

The latter person quickly walked straight toward you the moment he saw you on the floor. "You shouldn't d be up and about yet." he said, lending you a hand to get up. You nodded and slowly hobbled, with the help of the pro hero, back to the bed to sit. After the doctor did a check-up on you, he said that you had to rest plenty in order for you to fully recover.

When the doctor long left, the pro hero was still inside, next to your bed. His face was quite expressionless and it somehow made you feel awkward. "Why is he still here?" Your glance swifted from the man away, through the window outside. The moment you heard a rustling sound, you turned your head to the man again. You hadn't noticed it before but he was holding an envelope in his hand, which he now handed over to you. "This is addressed to you." He dropped the small envelope onto your open hands.
When you observed the envelope, you practically ripped it open, after you saw who the sender was. It was from your last relative, your grandfather. You quickly pulled out the content to read the letter.

Dear (Y/N) my granddaughter,
When you're receiving this letter, then that means that I'm probably already out of the city because of some business.
I know that this is out of the sudden, but I can't come and see you right now. I already talked with the principle of your school and we came to the conclusion, that you should live in this school for the forseeable future. Otherwise, you would be sent to an orphanage. And staying in this school is better than an in an orphanage, right?
But don't worry, your aunt and uncle will come and pick you up soon. Then you'll live with them.

I know that you've never seen them, and your late parents also never mentioned them to you, but I put a picture inside, in addition with this letter so that you'll know what they look like. They'll come and get you as soon as possible, so please wait for them.
I'm really worried about you, and I hope that you're alright and fine.
I hope that you can get through this and become a great heroine.

Yours grandpa

You were blinking a few times after your first read, because you couldn't really belive what was written in this letter. So you quickly read it a second time and pulled out the two pictures that was mentioned inside the letter, looking at the two faces it showed. You didn't have any comments on this situation. You were just speechless, because everything came so sudden and it was too much information all at the same time.

"(Y/N)? Are you all right?" Now eyeing the man who had stood beside your bed the whole time, you noticed his questioning look. "What's written in this letter?" the pro hero asked, a little curiosity was in his voice but his face showed the opposite, as it remained inexpressive.
So you shortly summarized it for him and after you were finished, he confirmed the part about letting you stay in school.
"Oh right.", he began, "The police will probably come soon. They'll question you about your kidnapping incident... Since there's nothing important to talk about anymore, I'll take my leave now. I wish you a speedy recovery, so that you can come to school soon." He spun on his heel and made his way out.

Now left alone in the hospital room, you just sat there, staring outside the window again.
You really wanted to rest a bit right now but since Aizawa had mentioned that the police were to arrive soon, you didn't dare to, since it was important. The police officer who came to question you, didn't take his time. He arrived shortly after your first visitor had left. When the questioning was finished, you could finally fulfill your urge to relax and sleep.
