By Your Side // Aizawa Shota X Reader

It was the weekend, so that meant no school for you today. At first you wanted to take a shower, but you decided not to, because of the wound on your stomach so after brushing your teeth, you sat on your bed, asking yourself what you should do. You decided to take a walk around the UA campus.
Once you were outside, you walked around the place in a slow pace. When you passed some bushes, you suddenly heard a soft rustle. You went towards them and brushed the branches aside to look what was behind it. On the ground, you saw a small black kitten. "How did you get here?" you said softly, as it looked at you. You looked around to see if the mother of the little kitten might be around but you couldn't spot a cat or any other kittens.
So you picked the little furball up and went back to the dorm. It wasn't scared of you and acted rather familiar with you.
On your way back to the drom, you met Aizawa. "A cat?", he said when he saw you holding the small creature in your arms, "Where did you find it?"
"In the bushes." you answered him as you pointed to the direction with your thumb. "Will you keep it?" You glanced down to the kitten that was playfully biting your finger. "Yes. I'll go buy the things it'll need now. But..." your glance fell back to Aizawa, "I need someone who can take care if it." He immediately understood what you meant. "You want me to take care of it while you're away?" You nodded and smiled at him. "Sure, why not?" he said while stepping closer to you to hold the kitten. So you handed him the small creature and went back inside, to your room. There, you took some money with you and went outside again to buy the things you needed.

Back at the dorm, you went to your room and put down the bags, where the things you had just bought were. Then you went outside again to search for Aizawa. He was standing in the middle of the road with the kitten in his arms and petted it. The moment you saw him, you stopped at your track and stared at him. There was something that made you want to watch him like this for a while longer. But you didn't know what it was.
But the moment Aizawa noticed you, you quickly continued to go to him and you suggested you two to go inside the dorm. Aizawa insisted you two to switch the kitten and the bought goods and so you were now the one to carry to kitten inside while he was following you while carrying the things.
When you were passing the living room, some classmates who saw the both of you asked, "Why's Aizawa-sensei here? Did something happen?"
"No, he's just helping me with something." you simply answered before continuing your way up to the third floor and entering your room.

You unpacked the things you had bought and fed the cat, poured catmilk in a pet bowl, and surprisingly, the kitten began to drink it immediately after smelling at it for a while. You had to say, you were quite surprised by the actions of the cat because even though it was in an unfamiliar environment, it wasn't scared at all. Rather, it was acting quite easygoing and not tensed at all.
"Will you name it?" Aizawa asked while you both watched the kitten drinking. "I don't know...", you said, "How would you name it?"
"I can't come up with a name right know. And it's your cat now, so you should be the one naming it."
You thought for a bit and finally came to a conclusion after watching the kitten drink his milk for a while. "I think I'll name it Kuro, since it's black and a male." you said. "That's a nice name for him."
Once Kuro was full, you carried him to the basket you had bought. He immediately fell asleep the moment he laid onto the soft cushion.
"Then I'l take my leave." Aizawa said, and left. After he was gone, you sat on your bed for a bit, before you decided to go to the living room to the others.
