"(Y/N)! He's here again." It was Uraraka who called out to you, as she pointed towards the door of your classroom.

Hanazono Ryu was standing, just like the days before this, in front of your classroom door, looking inside directly at you while smiling and waving at you.

Since the day he had talked to you, he had been coming at every lunch break and also after classes when you two were having the same amount of lessons.
Then he would always accompany you to your dorm, before he would go to his own.

You stood up and walked to him.

"Hi." you greeted him and he greeted back with an even brighter smile than the one he had just seconds before.

You two were walking out to the school grounds and sat down on a free bench.

This morning, you had made a bento for yourself since you knew that Hanazono always had one himself.

And so you two talked while eating, made jokes and laughed together.

You didn't know why but the impression you had of him was that of a younger boy. Younger than you. But he was older than you; three years were in between your ages.

You got along with him pretty well.

"(Y/N)"

"(Y/N)!"

You snapped out of your thoughts and directly looked at the face of your senpai.

"You're pretty absent minded. Is something bothering you?" His eyes studied your face with a worried look in them.

"How cute..."

You shook your head and said, "No, it's nothing. Nothing important."

His worried face turned into a smiling one, and he asked, "So, which animal do you like the most?"

With this question, Kuro, your adorable cat, flashed into your mind and you smiled as you said, "I love cats the most. I'm not saying that I don't like all the other animals but cats are my favourites I guess."

"Oh really? I like dogs the most. But I also think that cats are adorable." your senpai stated.

And just like this, you two talked until lunch break was over and the both of you had to go back to your classrooms.

The moment you stepped a foot in your classroom, the girls practically came running toward you. They were all grinning from ear to ear as they were looking at you with gleaming eyes full of expectation.

"Wh-what?" you felt uneasy by the aura they were giving out. An aura full of curiosity.

"And? How is it going between you two?" Uraraka closed in on you even more. "There is nothing going on between us." you denied but they just didn't want to believe it.

"Oh come on. We all can see that he clearly likes you. In a romantic kind of way." Hagakure claimed as she excitedly fidgeted around.

Before you could say anything, the person who had been entering the classroom right now, caught your eyes and made you unable to get a word out of your mouth.

It was your homeroom teacher and your heart gradually began to beat faster when you saw him gazing through the wall of classmates, directly at you.
Swallowing hard, you abruptly turned away from him to get him out of your field of vision. Then you took your seat just like everyone else and the lesson began.

During Aizawa's lesson, you tried your best to not look at the man but only look at what he was writing on the board and limit everything of him on his voice.
You had the feeling that you would die from too fast heartbeats and overheat if you wouldn't do this.

When this period ended and the oldest left the room, you could finally relax.
Now in total calmness, you packed your things inside your bag before you heard someone calling your name.
When you looked up, you saw Hanazono standing in the doorframe of the open classroom door once again. Just like before, you went to him and he walked you to your dorm.
