request: Mason and I surprised Ben by saying he was going to be our daughter's godfather

"Ben we have something to ask you" you politely asked Ben as they were meeting up for the first time in ages.
With Ben still at Chelsea and Mason in Manchester, it made it hard for the pair to see one another.
"Hmm okay, go ahead" Ben said sipping on his water as he sat cross legged on the sofa.
"Will you be our daughter's godfather?" you asked him as you watched a huge smile grow on Ben's face.
"Oh my god yes of course I will" he grinned as your daughter Belle ran over to him.
"Aww she loves you so much Ben" you smiled as you watched them together as they just looked so happy as they hugged one another.
"I love her too, she just makes me smile so much" Belle climbed straight up onto his lap as she snuggled up to him.
