"How are you?" you asked as you phoned Andriy, he sounded so sniffly as you spoke down the phone.

"Not good" he sighed heavily down the phone.

"Oh" you responded as you weren't sure what to say, he sounded so poorly which is such a shame as it was the champions league final tomorrow and he was at a huge risk to not even play.

"Yeah, I have already been told I can't play which I am so sad about. But i do feel a little bit better than I did the last few days" he said with a tinge of sadness in his voice.

Playing in the champions league final would have been such a dream for Andriy and for him to get sick only a few days before was heartbreaking and you could feel his pain.

You were at Wembley as you watched them train before the final and Andriy was just arriving, just in time for you to meet up with him.

"How are you feeling?" you asked as you could see how poorly he was feeling still.

"Tired" he huffed as you cuddled him tightly as your little boy ran towards him.

The champions league final ended in a Real Madrid win, Andriy wasn't too disappointed which you were happy about.

"Congratulations" you whispered as you have him a very big cuddle.

"Thank you" you grinned as you gripped onto him tightly as he seemed to be feeling a lot better now.

"No problem" he smiled.

"You should be so proud of yourself, I know you're still sad that you didn't play. But you got them to this final, so please it is okay" you tried your best to reassure him.

"Thank you, I am very happy with what we achieved" you couldn't stop smiling and feeling incredibly proud of him.
