Christmas was was your favourite time of the year, you were just loving it especially now that you were in a relationship.
You and Ruben had only been dating a few months, having been quite serious quickly you were so excited to spend Christmas with him.
One of your favourite things to do for Christmas was exploring the shops and you just knew window shopping was needed.
"Why are you dragging me around here?" Ruben sighed as you dragged him into yet another store.
"Because I need to have a look at some things, I need to get something for my family and friends. Maybe you can buy me a present" you cheekily winked.
"Oh so that is why you're here then?" he rolled his eyes bluntly as he sighed heavily.
"No no no, course not. Just need to look that's all" you muttered, spinning around as you looked at some clothes that you didn't need.
"I am tired from all this walking around, shall we go and grab some food before we head off home" you asked him quietly as Ruben nodded as you walked to the closest coffee shop.
"This place is cute" you mumbled as you took a seat as Ruben headed off and ordered for you.
"Our first Christmas together and hopefully many more" you grin as you leaned across the table to take Ruben's hand into yours.
"I can't wait, this will be so special. I can't wait for it just to spend all day with you" Ruben had a smile on his face.
"I can't either, it sounds perfect" you smiled, just the thought of spending all day with Ruben just feels right and you couldn't wait for it.
