Meanwhile with the girls, they showed her the gun and just when Kim took a step forward to look at the weapons, the two pointed their guns at them. As soon as Kevin and Jay heard the riot, they also took out their weapons and ran towards the back of the pavilion. But the men worked faster and got the three women in their pick-up truck before the detectives could make it there. The men drove them to an unknown place in the middle of the forest and let them out of the truck to search them.
"300 dollars." discovered one of the two in Kim's pocket. "Are you kidding me?" it came angry from him and he pointed his gun at Kim. "I thought you had 20 000."
"What are you talking about?" Kim asked him. "You lied to the wrong man," he said, still holding his gun at her and taking a step forward, while Hailey and Katie stood on both sides of her and kept a close eye on the whole situation. "I didn't lie to you." Kim tried to convince him. "But you did," he objected. "No, when did I lie to you? I never said I had the money with me. I had to see the guns first..." she wanted to say but it was interrupted. "No, no, no..."
"Listen, if I liked what I saw, I'll get you the money," she exclaimed and watched the other man also pull his gun. "I want my 20 giants or I can just shoot your girlfriends," he threatened and both men now pointed their weapons at Hailey and Katie. "Okay, calm down," says Hailey, raising her hands up defensively.
Katie noticed how she began to tremble when the gun was pointed at her again, uncertain if she came out of here alive. In her job, she was constantly dealing with weapons that could be pointed at her, but she still had a huge panic and actually only wanted to hide if she had the chance, but she couldn't let the two down so she had to suppress her panic somehow.
Voight, on the station, was angry that he had lost three people, one of who was not even subordinate to him and was only here because he wanted to. They tried to find a way to get them back as soon as possible.
The men gave the three cable ties, which they should make as tight as possible to their wrists. And this point also did not help Katie to suppress her panic. On the contrary, she was now shaking even more. Hailey noticed this, of course, and so she was always a look at her sister when they were first pushed into the car and then locked up at a hut in a basement.
Practically, the room had three poles so that they could all be tied to a different one. And Kim's attempts to persuade him to agree to the call again did not succeed when he put a gun in her face.
As soon as the men left the room, Kim stood up on her legs and tried to loosen the cable ties. "What are you doing?" Hailey wanted to know and looked at her friend briefly questioning. "What do you mean by what I do? I'll get us out of here," she said confused why Hailey had even asked. "No, we're stuck. The team must be close." Hailey argued. Katie on the other hand, tried to get her breathing under control otherwise she would hyperventilate, so she didn't really listen to them.
"You don't know that!" Kim shouted angrily, which made Katie twitch. "Kim, the goal is to stay alive as long as possible. And at the moment, this is the best way to do that, to sit tight and wait for help." Hailey finally convinced Kim and sat down again.
"Okay. I know at the academy they bring and never reveal them with us as police, but I mean these guys are amateurs. I mean they are not willing to mess with two police officers from Chicago and one from LA. If we tell them who we are, there is a small chance that they will just turn around and we can run." Kim nevertheless tried to continue to persuade the blond-haired woman.
"Or they get scared and do something crazy, like I don't know... they shoot us?" It was panicked by Katie who also spoke up and got an approving nod from her sister. "Hailey, don't you think if the team followed us they would have been here long ago?" It came from Kim and Katie had to admit that she was right. "She's right," she rather murmured to herself.
"I know, but we have to keep our eyes open and adjust to the right moment," Hailey commented and looked at the other two in search of an answer. Her sister's eyes fell on her, which were still lying on the floor, but always landed on her hands. The three wanted to continue talking but were cut off by one of the two men.
"Here, take the phone and call your brother," he asked Kim and handed her the cell phone. Adam would act as Kim's brother for this mission. "There is no reception," she commented as she looked at the man from her cell phone. "Son of a bitch," he cursed, took it out of her hands again and left the room again. They heard him talking about a noise that he had probably heard outside and now wanted to check out. "Shit." Kim moaned and dropped her head on the bar.
In the meantime, the team had now found a hut, only to find out that it was not from the men they were looking for. So they interrogated one of them with a little violence and tried to find out who the men really were because they used pictures of weapons that didn't belong to them to attract Kim. In the end, he identified the guy with the spider tattoo and the hand as Red. They found out that the boys were actually scammers who wanted to rob someone.
