Nolan's son is in the hospital. His son, Henry. He probably has pulmonary valve insufficiency.

And Katie had an ultrasound appointment. Since she had pain in her stomach again and again in the last few hours, she and Tim wanted to be sure, but instead of Tim being able to accompany her, Angela and Camila had offered to accompany her. She had told her friends this morning, because the pain became more severe when they were out and about together in the city this morning to get some things for Angela's baby, because that would soon see the light of day.

"Do you already have names?" Camila asked to distract the worried Katie a little so that she could not imagine the worst situations. "Not yet. I'm just in the 10th week of pregnancy," she answered honestly when Camila's cell phone rang.

"La Fiera is back in town. Harper and Tim say she's in the Shaw Memorial. And I can't reach Winters," Grey explained to her after asking what was going on. "We're in the Shaw Memorial," Camila said worried and looked at her friends. "We?" Grey asked in amazement. "Yes. Lopez and I drove Katie here together because she had pain in her stomach since this morning. I don't know about Tim or Katie told them that but Katie is pregnant. What floor is she on?" Katie explained to him. "8 floor. They keep an eye on her," Grey answered her to her question. "Can you assign me the two, sir? Until I know what's going on?" She asked her sergeant. "Sure. I'll inform the shift manager," he said and hung up.

"Hey. I'm going to get something to eat. Do you also want something?" She lied to the two women in front of her so as not to scare them. "No, everything is fine. We don't need anything," Angela refused and still stroked Katie's back soothingly.

After Mariella looked at Katie and could not find out, Katie was very relieved. It was probably just the stress in the last few weeks. Angela and Camila had decided that they would meet at the exit, because Katie urgently had to go to the toilet again, because even if the baby was not so big yet, it still pressed on her bladder. But who she didn't expect to see was Sandra De la Cruz, La Fiera.

"Sandra." greeted Katie, she is surprised to see her in the hospital. "Hermana. Look at them. Qué bonitos se ven. Being a mother suits them," Sandra admired the young pregnant woman. "I'm surprised that they are here again and thus risk the life of their son," Katie wondered. "Actually, I'm here to save it. Well, at least his knee," La Fiera explained when her son came around the corner. "Diego? What happened?" Katie asked the boy when she discovered his crutches. "It was so crowded. I played football and really went off. But then pop a tear of the cruciate ligament. But he was in it," he told her proudly. "He is being operated on today by the best sports doctor in the world," his mother raved. "That's the only reason why they're here?" Katie wanted to be skeptical. "But sure. Disculpe por un momento.." Sandra turned to her son with the last part of the sentence. "It was nice to see her," Diego said before he limped away. "So. and good luck for the op." she called after him.

"So what did she really mean," Katie asked her seriously when her son was gone. "Hermana, don't be so suspicious. You certainly have other problems at the moment. You are moving the baby here, aren't you?" Sandra countered. "Yes, until I discover her here on the hallway to the toilet. My friends are certainly already annoyed because it takes me so long," the pregnant woman answered her.

"Oh, how's Tim...right? I'm sure he's very happy??" Sandra asked now and Katie's look became ice. "Relax. I learned his name from her neighbors when I brought the gift over. And I see them wearing the ribbon. Me alegra." she explained to Katie when she saw her gaze and pointed to the ribbon on the detective's arm. "I really hope they are only here because of their son. If they have something in mind, it won't end well. For her or Diego." and with that Katie left La Fiera standing and made her way to the exit. There she met her friends and Tim.

"La Fiera is in the hospital," she told them, but then quickly realized that none of them seemed surprised. "You knew about it?" She asked confused but continued questioning she could not ask the Nyla came running towards her.

"Security sent me pictures of La Fiera. Shortly after your conversation, she went over to the intensive," Nyla said and showed them her cell phone. "That's Mack," Tim told the group and got some questioning glances. "Mack Daniels. He was an undercover agent who was suspended by me for drugs at work. He is expected to have a criminal case," Tim explained to them. "And now he's talking to a drug dealer. That can't be a codence," Nyla now also suspected and put her cell phone away. "Then we just asked him." Katie suggested and the whole troupe made their way to him.

"Are you okay?" Tim asked his girlfriend on the way. The two ran last. "Yes, I'm fine. And Mariella said that our baby is also doing well, so no reason to worry." she told him about the appointment. "I'm sorry I couldn't come with you." he apologized to her even though she knew dad he couldn't help it. "Hey.. there are still many dates we will go to together. So everything is fine," she said and stood briefly on tiptoe to be able to kiss him.

"Mack. What are you doing here?" Tim asked his acquaintance when they arrived at his. "I work. As security," he answered. "For Sandra De la Cruz?" Suspected Katie and put her hands on her hip. "No," MAck did not answer credibly. "Who is your customer then?" Now asked Angela who was imitating the position of her best friend. "I don't know." so Mack had to get a little better at lying.

"Shall it go like this? If they are clearly on drugs?" Nyla asked him and pointed to his pupils that were not the normal size. "Come on, Mack. You can't need any more trouble." Officer Bradford tried to persuade him. "I work for Tomás Madrigal," Mack answered now and everyone moaned annoyed. "You know who that is; right? He is the biggest drug boss in Southern California. He has several ongoing investigations on the cheek," Camila explained to him. "And he dies of cancer. He only has a few days left and I can't afford to be picky since my friend Bradford messed me up. I have neither salary nor pension. I'm up to my neck in lawyer's bills; not to mention maintenance payments that still come to me after the divorce." he now said angrily to Tim. "And that's your solution?? To work for the enemy?" Tim wanted to know. "I don't break any law. I just keep guard and make sure that he is not disturbed on his last way," the security man explained to them.

"Not even for La Fiera??" Katie now asked him who had looked into the patient's room. Mack told them the truth. At least as far as Tomás was concerned. "We saw Sandra De la Cruz? What is she doing here?" She added. "To give him the last honor. The man was asleep. She will come again later," he told them. Shortly afterwards, two other men appeared in the hallway. "Is there a problem?" One of them wanted to know. "No. No problem Mr. Madrigal. I'm just talking to a few former colleagues," Mack replied. "Next time in your free time. We only pay them to guard the door." Mr. Madrigal blamed him. "Your father pays me. And I'm gone when he is. That reminds me. He asked about them earlier," Mack countered skillfully. "Why didn't they get me?" The son of the drug lord asked a little angry. And Mack simply answered with a "UPS."

"Mack. Sure it's good to upset his successor?" Tim asked him after the son and his companion were gone. "He is a little would-be. The boy will drive their carts against the wall within six months. If you don't mind... I'll go back to work." Mack told them his view of things and went back to work, just like the others.

"Everything okay? He attacked her quite hard?" Nyla asked Tim. "Yes, everything is fine," he answered and then felt his girlfriend's hand on his shoulder. "La Fiera is here to meet with the dying drug lord. We just have to find out why?" Katie gave the others the plan. If that was a plan at all. "You know that I'm familiar with listening systems, don't you?" Nyla asked her and everyone gave her an impressed look.

"Through teamwork, dreams were," said Katie and was happy about the help of everyone present.
