Liar Liar

I get to the mall and shut my car off . I check and see if Andy texted me back but she didn't so I shot her a text letting her know I was here that's when I start getting a phone call from Willow. My heart starts to race , I slowly swipe over and answer the call. "Oh Hey Ronnie" I hear Willows soft voice say through the phone.

"H-hi Willow" I say stuttering a bit "Hey I was just calling to make sure you were okay , I never got that text that you made it back okay" she says sounding a bit worried "Oh I'm sorry about that , I had ran into an issue last night" I say "Is everything okay Ronnie?" She says sounding even more worried "yes everything is perfectly fine , I just got locked out of my friends place last night but I made it in" I say .

"Oh okay good I got nervous for a bit I thought something was wrong" she says chuckling "no no everything is fine" I say chuckling with her . "Okay great, honestly I'm still thinking about last night" she says laughing a little louder "I had a really good time , I haven't had that much fun in a while" she says "Oh yeah? What about that night you went skating , That wasn't fun?" I say sitting back in my car smiling to myself.

"It was okay, some asshole ended up running into me and wanted to get loud with me , so me and my friends didn't stay long so yeah " she says "Oh I'm sorry to hear that , yeah these niggas be tweaking for no reason out here" I say picking at the strings on my pants "You ain't lying , hey what are you doing later ? Say Maybe around 3" she says I pull the phone away from my ear and check the time 11:54am .

I don't know how long I'll be with Andy. "Should be nothing , why what's good!?" I say sounding a little hype "I wanted to see if you wanted to go grab some lunch with me -if you wasn't doing anything" she says "Sure am I picking you up this time or .." I say
"I can come to you if you want" she replies "I'll send you the address , see you later" I say "Okay bye" she says as she hangs up the phone I get a call from Andy on instagram.

"I'm here where are you parked at?" She says and my heart falls to my ass , I suddenly get so nervous "I-I'm near the Nike outlet on the left side , parked all the way in the back" I say , "Alright I'll be there in a second" she says as she hangs up the phone. About 3 minutes go by before I see Andy's truck pull up besides mine. I take a deep breath before grabbing my keys and hopping out the car .

•ANDYS POINT OF VIEW•

I couldn't believe my eyes as I watched Ronnie walk over to my car and get in. We both sat in silence for a few seconds before she finally spoke "I- I wanted to tell you where I was but things got so compli-" I cut her off "Ronnie , you really knew we've been out here for a week and you didn't even try to meet up , you haven't answer NONE of my messages , you hardly called me , you had everyone thinking you were missing ! What the fuck has gotten into you?" I say trying not to show too much emotion.

"Listen A... I'm sorry for how I left , I'm sorry for getting you guys pulled into my mess , but hear me out please ..." she says before taking a deep breath " When I left that night , it wasn't because of you or John , I needed to escape... the things that happened to me that night" she says as she sit up.

I finally look at her , "Why didn't you just tell us that was your brother dumbass!" I quickly blurted out in a nasty tone , I move my hands over my mouth , "I didn't mean for it to come out like that" I say as I move my hands away. She just sits there and looks at me. I noticed in that moment how drained she looked . She didn't say anything just sat there looking confused.

Before she could say anything I say "Well.. somebody found him near a barn almost unconscious and they rushed him to the hospital for surgery, the nigga ended up in a coma practically brain dead for a few months...

I don't know if he's one of Jesus favorites but uh , he woke up like two weeks ago and got questioned by the cops , you know this nigga ratted on us and to the detectives! It's a whole fucking big ass case on us right now , that's why me and John had to quickly leave! Them motha fuckas came to my momma crib and all!" I say shouting a bit "No I killed him" she says chuckling a bit .

"I swear to god I'm not lying That's why I've been texting and calling you tryna meet up it's been all over the news back in the A... I thought he killed you at first because you weren't answering but clearly not" I say looking at her "I don't know what to say .. I really thought I killed him-" she says as she starts to laugh I cut her off again.

"Get out" I say quietly she sits up and looks over at me "What?" She says "I said get out" I say as I punch her in the face . We both sit there in silence, I didn't mean to punch her but she knows I hate when she laughs at serious situations, this bitch got us caught up and she over here laughing . "Did you just punch me in the face?" She says as she holds her lip.

"I didn't mean to , I just hate that your laughing like the police ain't after us" I say , "Andy listen calm down they not gonna come looking for us in Chicago that's why I laughed , and I also laughed because I'm nervous and I didn't expect you to tell me the man I shot and killed is alive and was in a coma... does he look fucked up?" She says "Yeah I think he's in a wheelchair and shit he look slow , but he definitely was chatting those lips to the cops" I say.

"Listen don't trip we're all good , I got enough money for all of us I got a plan , I gotta go Andy but let's link up later" she say "where are you going now Ronnie?!" I say getting a little upset.

"I'm gonna set things in motion for us , so we can be good out here I promise to keep you posted, stay off of instagram and shit , love you Andy" she says as she quickly opens the door and hops out . She runs back over to her car and pull off.
