I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned my head. "Hey calm down." Cody said. I shook my head turning the door handle. "Ashton I won't follow after him." Cody said grabbing my arm. I looked him in the eyes. "Let me go." I mouthed. He let go. "You're fucked kid."

I walked out into the hall and saw Luke standing in the doorway to his room. "What the fuck!" Luke yelled. Another boy stood in the doorway. I ran up to them. Luke screamed. "You're not real! You're not real!" He backed away. "Stop!" The other boy backed away from the door. I tapped his shoulder. "Is he okay?" The boy shook his head. "He's, I don't even know. I'm Calum by the way." I smiled. "Ashton." I mounted. "Where the fuck is Niall! If the three of you are real then where is Niall!" Luke yelled. Calum shook his head. "There is no Niall. Luke why don't you think I'm real?" Calum looked as though he was going to cry. "Luke I'm as real as that kid." He pointed to the boy standing in the back of the room. "I don't know what's real!" Luke yelled. "I've never known what's real and what's not!" Luke looked at us both and then stormed out of the room. "Luke wait!" The boy from the corner yelled down the hall. "Now we're all fucked."

"What's wrong with him?" Calum asked. The other boy shrugged. "Who are you anyways?" Calum said. "Ryan." The other boy said. "He'll come back." Ryan said. "He'll always come back." I shook my head. I stood up and walked out. "Ashton, wait." Calum said following after me.

"Ashton stop!" Calum yelled to me as I ran down the hall. I turned. Calum caught up to me. "I remember him." I mouthed. "What?" Calum looked at me. I pointed to the paper in the desk. Calum handed it to me. Then I wrote: I remember him. Calum looked at it confused. "How?" He asked. The last time I was in this kind of hospital Luke was here. Calum read it. He shook his head. "I don't understand." He said. "I don't either." I mouthed.

Calum and I walked up and down the halls trying to find Luke. "Luke!" Calum yelled. "Come on!" Then a young girl stepped in front of us. "Are you looking for Luke?" She said. We nodded. "I thought I saw him run down that way." She said. "He was screaming. I tried to stop him." Calum looked at the girl. "Who are you?" He said. "Lily. I have schizophrenia like Luke." She said pulling at her sweater. "Who are you?" She said looking at me. "Ashton." I mouthed. "Ashton?" I nodded. "Come with me." She said guiding us down the hall.

She walked Calum and I down the hall. "I ran after him and I saw him run in there." She said pointing to the bathroom. "I didn't run in after him cause I didn't think I should. He looked pretty shaken up." Calum nodded. "Ashton come in with me." I followed in behind Calum. "Luke!" Calum yelled. I walked to the back of the bathroom. I banged on the wall. Calum ran over. "Ashton." He said. "Jesus Christ. Fucking hell." Calum turned around and walked out. "Whats wrong? Where's Luke?" Lily asked. Calum breathed in looking down. He shook his head. Calum looked over to me then back at Lily. "Luke, fucking tried to kill himself."
