Recap: "Kiss me you fool."

Lily's lips touched mine. My eyes went wide. I pulled away. "Calum," she started to say. I shook my head. "I didn't mean to!" I walked out. "Calum." I looked down the hall. "Yeah Ryan?" I said my voice cracking. "She awake?" I nodded walking past him. "Are you okay?" He asked. I nodded. "Yeah. Yeah fine." I said shaking my hand. "Just go be a good brother and check on her." Ryan nodded and looked at me as I walked down the hall. Shit. I thought. Fuck, she kissed me.

I ran to Luke's room and banged on the door. As the door opened I stormed in pushing Ashton to the side. "I fucked up." I said. "I fucked up!" Luke sat up. "Calum, calm down. What happened?" I shook my head. "I don't even know. I got here after my mom had an outburst and a nurse came and got me. She told me Lily overdosed." I took a shaky breath. "She was passed out and then she woke up and kissed me." I ran my fingers through my hair. "Calum," Luke said. "You're mom what happened with your mom? Tell me that first." I shook my head. "She's bipolar and you know that. It's fine Luke it doesn't matter." I said walking to his bedside. "No," he shook his head. "Turn around." I looked at him. "What?" Luke shoved me around to face the wall. I winced. I felt Luke's hand on the back of shirt. "Stop!" I yelled pulling away from him. I winced as he pulled me back. "Calum stop!" He yelled. He lifted the back of my shirt. "What the fuck is this?" Luke said touching the bandage. "She burned me Luke." Luke let go of my shirt. "With what?" I turned to face him. "An iron." Luke shook his head. "Ashton get a nurse." Ashton nodded walking out.

I satin a chair my back facing a nurse. "How did this happen?" She asked. "I don't want to say." She sighed pulling a bandage tight around my torso. I winced. "Shouldn't be infected. It'll hurt for awhile." I nodded. "Okay." Luke shook his head. "What?" I said. "You fucking idiot!" He yelled. "What did I do!" I yelled. "Tell her about your fucking mother!" I shook my head. "No, I can't put her in a place like this. I just can't." I could hear Ashton take in a shaky breath. "Calum," I heard him said. I turned my head. "You talked?" I said. He nodded. "Just tell them." I shook my head. "I can't." Luke shook his head. "Then I'll do it!" He yelled. "Luke you tell them I swear to God!" Luke looked at me. "What, what will you do to me?" He said. I looked down. "Calum, you can't keep everything a secret. You have to someone sooner or later." I shook my head as I walked out of his room.

As I walked down the hall I saw Ryan. "Ryan!" I yelled. He turned. "Lily wants you Calum she said its important." I looked at him confused. "Okay." I said walking into her room.

"Calum I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." She said tears coming to her eyes. "Lily, it doesn't matter." I said holding her hand. "Calum I had a reason for that." She said looking down. "And that is?" I said. "I really like you." She paused wiping a year from her eye. "And I know I'm never leaving here. So, why not kiss someone you barely know." She shook her head. "Lily, just tell me." I said. "Calum, my life isn't normal and I wanted one normal thing in my life, that kiss was what was normal. You're the only one that's accepted me for who I am. And I thought why not make my first kiss memorable. And I did." I smiled. "Kiss me." She said. I stood up and smiled. I sat on the edge of her bed. She pulled me close to her and we kissed. Lily placed her hand on my back. I winced moving away from her. "Calum?" She asked. I stood up. I could see stars. "Lily," my voice trailed off as everything went black.
