I sat there slumped down in my chair my arms crossed. "Ryan my I ask you a question?" I looked up. "What?" I said. "Your sister, she has schizophrenia am I right?" I nodded. "If you're going to call her a freak or fucked up I'll kill you. That's how we ended up in this hospital." My therapist sighed. "She needs to be moved to another hospital. We cannot support another schizophrenic patient." I shook my head. "Fuck you! Just because she's not easy doesn't mean she has to transferred again! She gets moved I go with her." I stood up and walked behind her desk. "Please sit down." I shook my head. I pointed my finger at her. "Take her away from me. I dare you." I pushed her chair back. "Fuck you."

I could hear screams in my head my impulses went crazy. She fucked up. Lily fucks up everything. I thought. I turned the handle of the door to the room. I rolled my eyes. It was locked. I banged on the door. "Luke!" I yelled. "Let me in!" I could hear screams from inside the room. "Luke!" I banged on the door again. "Luke what's wrong!" Then someone opened the door. It was a nurse. Their face was all cut and bruised. "What the fuck." I said confused. "He's fucking crazy good luck kid." I held the door open for myself. I looked around the room. "Luke?" I questioned. I heard a noise come from the corner. I looked over to Luke's bed. I walked up to him. "You okay?" He looked up. "Get out!" He yelled. "Or he'll kill you! Go Ryan! Leave!" I backed to the door. "Okay Luke."

I ran to Lily's room I banged on the door. Lily came to the door. "What?" She said nervously. "I need to stay here for awhile." She looked back. "I need you anyways." She said pulling my arm. "What the fuck happened to him?" I said looking at Calum lying on the other bed. "He passed out. I don't know what happened. I mean we ki-" she stopped. "You what? You didn't-" She shook her head. "We kissed. Then he passed out." I walked up to him. "Calum?" I said. His eyes began to open but closed again. "Shit." I mumbled. "Why didn't you get a nurse?" Lily shrugged. "Should I go and get one?" I shook my head. "No, you stay here." I said walking out.

"Excuse me ma'am?" I said tapping a nurse on the shoulder. She turned. "Yes?" She said. "We need you in my sister's room." I said grabbing her hand. "Is there something wrong with your sister?" I shook my head. "No, the person that came to visit here passed out." I said walking into her room. "He's not waking up." Lily cried. "He's been like this. I've tried to wake him up. He almost woke up but didn't." The nurse walked over to him. She unbuttoned his shirt. "It's the bandage." She said untying the bandage. Calum's eyes flashed open. He winced as he coughed. "What the fuck?" He said still dazed. "You're okay Calum." Lily soda grabbing his hand. "You're okay." I looked down. "I'm going to go check on Luke." I said walking out.

I walked up to the door. As I started to knock on it, the door pushed open. "Luke?" I heard a scream. I looked around the room. The walls were covered with red lettering. "Luke?" I said again. I looked into the corner. He wasn't there. I then walked over to the bathroom. The light was on and the door left slightly open. I knocked on it. "Luke are you okay?" I heard his cries. "Don't come in." I shook my head pushing the door open. Luke stood there with a towel over his left eye. "What happened?" I said. Luke pulled the towel down from his eye. He showed blood dripping down from it. "What the hell, Luke." I gaged as I looked at it. "Why did you do this?" Luke looked down. "I can't tell you. He told me not to say anything!" I shook my head. "Luke don't do this to yourself." He shook his head. "I didn't do this!" He yelled. "Niall did this to me! Niall's fucking back! He told me he'd never leave! He's back! Now he's coming to get you too! We're all fucked!"
