I sat at the back of the crowd watching them close Ashton's casket. Jack touched my shoulder. "It's okay Luke." I looked down. "It's not." I said through the tears. Jack pulled me up. "Come on." I sat back down. "I'm staying." He sighed. "Luke I don't think we should." I shook my head. "I want to." I looked down. "I want to see him on last time." He nodded. "Whatever you want."

After the service ended I walked up to the casket. "May I see him?" I asked his foster mother. She looked at me. "Yes Luke." She said pulling up the top. I stared down at him. Tears rushed to my eyes. I lowered my head. "Can I have a minute alone with him?" She nodded.

I stared at him. His face pale, his eyes closed, and his hands clean of the blood that was hardened on them. "Ashton, I really am going to miss you." I looked down to my feet. "Ashton, you gave me a great life in that hospital." Tears rushed down my face. "Luke, come on let's go." I turned to Jack and cried onto his shoulder. "I don't want him to be gone." I said through the tears. Jack held me in a hug. "Come on Luke."

I sat there at the dinning room table with Jack and Ben. "Luke will you eat your food, please." Jack said. I looked down at my plate. "I'm not hungry." I said putting my fork down. "You have to eat Luke. You haven't eaten since Ashton died and that was two weeks ago." I shrugged. "What does it matter." Jack threw down his utensils. "Luke, this shit has to stop." I looked up at him. "Jack, just get off my back." I mumbled. "I don't need you running my life." He looked at me. "If you don't want me to run your life then leave my house!" He yelled. I stood up. "Alright I'll leave!" I yelled.

I ran up to my room and grabbed my bag. I walked back down the stairs. "Luke, don't you dare walk out that fucking door!" Ben yelled. I shook my head. "No Jack told me to leave so I'm leaving." Ben grabbed my arm. "Luke don't you dare walk out that door." I pulled my arm away. "You can't sto me." I said turning towards the door.

As I walked to Calum's it had begun to rain. I looked up at the sky. "Ashton?" I questioned. "Is this what I get? For not dying!" I yelled. I looked down. Raindrops fell off my face.  I shook my head and continued to walk to Calum's.

I looked down as I banged on Calum's door. I heard footsteps run to the door. "Coming!" Calum yelled. The door opened. "Luke what the hell are you doing here?" I crossed my arms as I shook. "Jack kicked me out." I said. Calum pulled my jacket sleeve. "Get in here."

I sat on the couch with a towel wrapped around my shoulders. "Why did they kick you out?" He asked. "I told him I don't want him to run my life anymore. He was mad that I wasn't eating. He's mad at everything. So he made me leave." I looked at Calum. "And for once Ben wanted me to stay." Calum patted my shoulder. "Well that's a good thing isn't it? You and Ben having a better relationship than you did before." I nodded. "Calum I can't stay in this world anymore." He looked at me concerned. "Luke, you're not putting another gun to your head, you're not cutting your arms again, and you're not overdosing again. And I swear to god if you try to kill yourself, I'd probably kill myself because you are the only thing I have left close to family. Mali died as you know. My mom died as you also know." I stood up. "Calum I don't want to be dead. I feel the need to go back to Mayweather." Calum looked at me. "Luke you're not going back there." I shook my head. "You've been out for three years." I nodded. "I know." I looked down. "Drive me there Calum." I said. He shook his head. "I'm not bringing you back there." I looked back at him. "Calum, if you don't take me back I'll do the one thing you don't want me to do."

Calum pulled up to Mayweather. He sighed. "I don't know why you want to come back here." I shrugged. "It's better here than out in the real world." He nodded. "Whatever you say." He unlocked the doors. "See you soon Luke." I nodded. "Goodbye Calum."

I sat there staring at the strings of my fraying jeans. I pulled at one of the strings. "Luke Hemmings." A voice said. I looked over. There she stood. "You're back." I nodded. "I'm back." I heard a laugh come from behind me. "And I'm back too." I shook my head. "Hello Luke."

Note: What. The. Fuck. That's it? That's the end? You all hate me now.

I'm crying typing this. It's the end. I'll have my thank you thing up later. I'll probably have it up tonight.
