We have heard time and time again
Wait and pray for your future husband time and time again
But my question to you would be;
Where is your heart posture
Where is your desire
What are your wants and needs
Are you ready to get into a relationship
How is your relationship with God
Over time I realized how much I idolize being in a relationship or even marriage
But time and time again
God revealed to me how I desire to be loved by others so passionately that I forget about the God of the universe who loves me endlessly that He sent his only son to die on the cross for me
For me, for you for us
Who didn't even deserve it
But yet I can't give God 10 seconds of my day
I can't even pray to Him without asking him for a favor
Something in return
Yes, getting the God-fearing man is everything
But God should be your everything
The way you pursue and ask God constantly for your wants and your future husband is the same way you should be pursuing God
God loves us so much that he knows the desire of our heart
But even then He still wants us to talk to him
To build a relationship with Him
So what is holding you back from doing that?
Is it a boy, money, love, stress
All those things are Temporary
And will go away after time
But God is eternal
