My mind has been quiet these past few days.
and I never felt much peace before in my life.
My mind used to wonder about places and emotions I didn't know existed.
I felt myself go down a rabbit hole.
where I wasn't going to be able to get out of

It was God.
God saved me.
He gave me internal peace.
Which I didn't think was possible, but it is through God.
