My heart is heavy

My heart is heavy, 

exhausted by all the options and plans that have failed me 
I'm left with nothing 

but a heart full of sorrow and pain
This heavy guilt weighs me down

 like an anchor tied to my ankle
dragging me to the floor of the sea

I feel belittled and unimportant
