I have always been know as someone sister or friend
I never been know as my name
And I learned to accept being in the shadow
But for once's in my life
I want to be someone first choice
I want to be someone best friend
I want to be someone they ask to go anywhere with
I want to be someone they can't wait for their mom to meet
I want to be someone they are happy to take picture of
I want to actually matter to someone for once in my life
Not be kick to the side
Is what I am asking too hard
Or am I asking the wrong people?
