Valyria had never felt so exhilarated in her life. Vhagar flew upwards, and Valyria had to hold onto Aemond for dear life. But he just smiled and laughed as he yelled out a command.

"Dracarys!" Vhagar opened her mouth and blew fire upwards, then ducked down. Valyria could feel the heat just before she flew down. It almost felt like Vhagar was trying to impress Valyria, who thought the notion was strange.

She squeezed onto Aemond and buried her head into his shoulder. He smiled at her nuzzling, and when she looked up, she saw his bright smile.

"Careful, My Prince," She teased, and since they were so close, he could hear her. He grinned. "Careful? I think not!" He exclaimed, and Vhagar flew up, into the clouds.

"Close your eyes!" She did, and then Vhagar flew straight, not as fast as she had been.

"Now, open them." She did slowly, and her breath caught. There, in front of them, was the sun. It was setting behind the orange clouds. The whole sky was. It...It was amazing.

"Gevie," She whispered. It wasn't enough to describe the sight in front of her. Aemond...he had shown her something more beautiful than the whole world. Vhagar let out a loud and shrill roar that made Valyria's ears ring, but she giggled.

She looked at Aemond with glassy eyes. "Thank you," She whispered, and doubted he could hear. But he did. He flew Vhagar down, to an empty field with goats grazing that was right by the sea.

Vhagar landed and shook her body. Valyria nearly fell off, but she held tightly onto Aemond, who grounded her. Vhagar lowered her body, and they climbed off. Valyria landed on her feet but fell back.

She heard Vhagar walk elsewhere, most likely to find the goats.

Aemond sat beside her and propped himself up on his elbows as he watched her reaction. She just stared up at the clouds, her face dazed.

"Are you okay?" He asked, slightly concerned, and slightly amused by her expression. She turned her head and smiled. "Yes. Yes, I am very okay."

He gave her a half smile and chuckled. "You're very clingy. I may have bruises." She rolled her eyes. "You were slightly too sudden on those turns, and you know that," She said pointedly.

He shook his head. "You're no dragonrider. How would you know." She huffed. "And you? You only gained Vhagar six months ago. I rode Syrax for years with my Mother." He fell on his back as well.

"That does not make you a dragonrider," Aemond said. She scowled. "Then what does?"

He turned his head to look at her, and she had a raised brow. He chuckled, and the sound reverberated in her ears.
