First Prime Minister

- Prime Minister Khamir Assan(1962-1968), a 57 year old Malaysian born man that lived in Kuala Lumpur and also an experienced officer in the first Malay-Indonesian Incursion in 1956.

A steadfast leader during the first years of the former ASEAN, now USEAN, and made the whole region stable in a couple of years. He died due to a heart attack during his visit in Manila while meeting with the Philippine Representative (former Phil. President) Ferdinand Marcos Sr.

Assan was given a full military honor during his funeral by several representatives of Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and the newly integrated nation of Singapore even sent a representative.

History:

1967
- ASEAN was it's first name, or Association of Southeast Asian Nations. It's first objective was to fight against communist

1969
- Vietnam drafted a membership in joining ASEAN

2 months later: Cambodia and Laos also drafted a membership in joining

1975
- Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos officially became members and given an official thumb stamp (A/n: it's essentially an official seal stamp)

1979
- The first Sino-Vietnamese War started at the border at the northern part of Vietnam and Laos. Vietnam and Laos invoked "Article 13, code name "persaudaraan"

Nations of Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, and Indonesia sent soldiers, military advisors, weapons, tanks, and even submarines to help their new members in peril

The Soviet Union, US and even the UK were also secretly sending in weapons, tanks and even planes to them as "friendly" support

The war only lasted 2 weeks and 5 days, but the casualties were enormous. Well, for the Chinese force that is...

1982
- Myanmar(Burma) drafted a membership in joining ASEAN despite the threat of CCP loyalists in the country, they risked in joining

1983
- In haste, Myanmar(Burma) was given the membership of ASEAN. In response, several rebellions were sparked throughout the country creating mass wide deportation and panick but it stabilized in 1985 with outside support

1988
- A power vacuum was created due to the premature death of Malaysia's Representative, Coup d'etat was brewing but it didn't had any solid followers. It ended when the newly named USEAN Scout Rangers killed and captured several coup cohorts in Kuala Lumpur

This was also the time that ASEAN was changed to USEAN and was given a new flag
