Here's the official character / world building notes on Amaya Yvaine and her fic !

- Amaya is currently the only known demigod that was born in Tartarus and has actively spent a large portion of her life in said realm. She's also the only known modern demigod with a mortal parent that has become immortal and married to her godly parent.
- Amaya is one of very few demigods that actively has a relationship - really good and deep relationships at that - with her godly siblings. Amaya mostly enacts the most with that of Nemesis (a lot that having to deal with the fact that she had been former childhood friends with Nemesis's son, Ethan Nakamura.) But, she also enacts a lot with Morpheus and Hypnos as she has a lot of insomnia and sleep issues. She does enact with handful of her other godly siblings whenever her mother hosts mandatory family diners.
- There are many Greek gods with divine wings (gods such as Nike, Thanatos, Iris, Eros, and many others.), yet, Amaya is currently the only known demigod to have actually inherit her godly parent divine wings.
- She fights with two Stygian Iron daggers (which turn into two sliver rings with black gems in the center), a Stygian Iron shield (which turns into a sliver bracelet), and she sometimes uses a celestial bronzes sword (which turns into a rose gold sword charm on a necklace that she can easily rip off at anytime.).
- Amaya is very close friends with the son of Hades, Nico Di Angelo, as the two often find themselves feeling outcasted at both camps. The two of the often feel left out and like outsiders as they are children of gods that are either feared or misunderstood. They are also from places (Tartarus and the Underworld as a whole) that people absolutely fear. Amaya was also the person who helped Nico with shadow traveling as the girl is a child of darkness herself.
- She ends up in Arcadia because her father wants her to finish mortal high school before she takes on more active responsibilities in Tartarus with her mother and well Arcadia had been where her father had lived before moving to Nyx's night mansion in Tartarus.
- Amaya vaguely knows Jim already as she and her father are his neighbors. Over the years, her father has spent fair amount of their home in the mortal realm as to keep up appearances and to tend to his own mortal job at the time. Which has meant that Amaya had a few chance encounters with Jim and Toby whenever she was staying with her dad outside of war and quest times.
- Given that Amaya hasn't spent a lot of time in Arcadia, she doesn't really have friends. She would barley even call her and Jim acquaintances. Amaya has a hard time making friends with people, especially that of mortals, since she grew in the deeps of Tartarus (a absolutely horrifying realm full of darkness and monsters) and she spent the other half of her childhood fighting monsters and wars for the gods.
- She hadn't exactly been a big player in either the titan war or the giant war, but Percy was able to uses his friendship with Amaya to convince Nyx to help them and not kill, which she begrudgingly did. Although, post war, Amaya yelled at the seven for no one contacting her about Percy and Annabeth falling into Tartarus as the girl could have helped guide them and would have had a much easier and gentler time with her mother than how they faired. The seven had admittedly forgotten, at the time, about Amaya; something she took a little personal insult to.
- Amaya originally met Claire when her math teacher, who's also the theater teacher, had talked her into trying out for the Remeo and Juliet play their school was putting on. She ended up getting into the play as the Apothecary and ended up getting to befriend Claire through all their play practice.
