Here's the official character / world building notes on Anastasia Chase and her fic !

➤ Whenever Anastasia is annoyed or exasperated with Scott and Logan, she just starts speaking italian at them. Scott tends to think that it's hot how heated she gets and how starts talking fast in Italian. Logan, on the other hand, just starts talking back in different language to further push Anastasia's buttons and get her all wound up; which usually ends up with them either sleeping together or fighting in the danger room, results vary.
➤ As much as Anastasia acts like she's annoyed by Scott's very presence and his voice, she's actually very fond of him and loves listening to him ramble on and on about topics. Her somewhat cold and bitchy demeanor is traumatic/survival response to everything she has endured as a mutant, and Scott is well aware of this. He knows when her words our true sincere and when she's just deflecting. Scott has come to really understand Anastasia personality. Which was something that took time to do as they both were thick headed and stubborn idiots when they originally had meet.
➤ Anastasia hardcore judges Logan and Scott's cooking abilities. She grew up in Italy and grew up engrossed in Italian culinary culture, so to say she judging them while they're somehow making some kind of Italian dish wrong would be putting it mildly.
➤ Anastasia, somehow, always finds a way to talk Scott into helping her dye her hair. Which usually results in her having to help him run drills with the students on how to control their mutantion and running stimulations in the Danger Room. A thing that she doesn't like doing and is always weaseling her way out of with Xavier.
➤ The Chase family largely ignores the existence of Anastasia. Most of the Chase family were against mutants, so the fact that Anastasia is the biological daughter of well know mutant and mutant herself has made her be someone that the Chase family look down upon. The only members of the Chase family members that have reached out and made a relationship with Anastasia is that of half siblings, Randolph and Natalie Chase. Anastasia and Natalie had the closer relationship to the point that she looked after Magnus whenever Natalie need an extra hand. Her other older brother, Frederick Chase, has made it a point to never talk to or about Anastasia.
➤ Whenever Anastasia babysat Magnus as a child, the little boy would try to play with her snakes and would just talk to them. She found it incredibly adorable and wholesome to see a kid so unbothered by her mutantion and had a such a warm love for snakes. She would go on to get the boy a gold necklace with a snake charm on it; a necklace that Magnus still wears to this very day, even after not seeing his aunt after few years.
➤ Anastasia could practically open her own eyewear store with the amount of sunglasses that she owns. She is very into her fashion, and thus, she feels as though her permanent eyewear needs to be just as fashionable as the rest of her.
➤ Logan and Anastasia, for the most part, train by themselves rather than with the X-Men team as whole. Anastasia just finds it easier to train with someone who has a similar healing factor and strength level to her rather than people she'd have to pull her punches with.
➤ Annabeth Chase has the mutant gene and it had was triggered when she and Percy fell into Tartarus. It is unknown if the Chase family had the genetic chance for the mutant gene or if it's something from Annabeth's godly genes. Either way, Annabeth is mutant with signs of telepathic abilities.
➤ Anastasia lacks a filter at time and will say some absolutely filthy things to Logan and Scott no matter the circumstances and location, although the only thing that saves her is that half the time it's in Italian.
➤ Gambit and Anastasia live to annoy each other constantly. The duo are oddly close best friends despite their almost constant bickering and their slight rivalry like nature. In many ways, she views Gambit like an annoying little brother; a little brother she lives to embarrass in front of Rogue and the others, while also begin annoyingly overprotective of him.
➤ Anastasia is very protective of all the students at the Xavier school. She would move heaven and hell before she ever let bad things to happen to them. This fact alone is one of the reasons as to why she's such a capable X-Men member. She has such fierce determination to protect those that she cares about and it's quite obvious in the way she fights. She also has such a strong tenacity that makes her a really good civil force when dealing with the more political side of the X-Men's responsibilities.
➤ Anastasia tends to call Scott and Logan various nicknames like; Amore (Italian for Love), Mio Amato (Italian for My Beloved), and Tesoro (Italian for My Treasure). The trio have a lot of nicknames for each other.
