The Noble House Black.

Part 6.

Leo's Pov, 

Walking into grandfather's office I see him sitting at his desk with his glasses on and a cup of tea in his hand. "Ow Leo I was wondering when you would be coming." He says and I nod my head as I walk over and take a seat opposite him. 

"Mother doesn't wish for me to see you, it has to do with what happened right? The Sorting Hat not being able to give me a house...... the portraits of the Founders of Hogwarts. She worries." I state and he nods his head. "As is a mothers job, how are your classes though learning much?" He asks me and I shrug my shoulders. 

"I've already seen, heard and read everything so many times from other students, it's quite boring to be honest." I state as another cup of tea appears, and I put some sugar in it. "As is the blessing and curse of growing up at Hogwarts.  You classmates and the whole school for that matter say your special." 

"I don't wish to be special, I wish to be just me." I mumble before taking a sip from the tea as I make myself comfortable in the chair. "Sometimes being just, you is a very special person. I wish to make a new lesplan for you..... one that would be of your level in hopes to make you less bored." He says and I let a frown settle on my face. 

"So I already don't have a house and now I have to... to take my own private classes. I would become a even bigger outsider." I state as I put the cup down and he nods his head. "It would, but you'll be following the classes with your classmates for most of the time you'll just be getting different work. I know this isn't how you wanted to start your first year Leo and quite frankly none of us would have thought this would happen now all we can do is make sure we do what's best for you." He says and I hesitantly nod my head.

"So is becoming a Animagus in the less plan?" I ask him with my smile making the older man chuckle as he takes a sip from his tea. "Maybe in a couple of years and we would have to get you registered." He says and I roll my eyes. 

"But wouldn't it but so much more beneficial for me to become a unregistered Animagus." I counter and he shakes his head but with an amused twinkle in his eyes.

Walking through the forbidden forest with Dawn walking next to me I let my hand move through her pitch black fur she's growing big and fast! She almost comes to my hips right now! But she is well behaved, I didn't train her tricks she's a wolf not a dog and should be treated like such. 

As we make our way over to the shelter I build I let a smile grow on my face as I see the Niffler laying there on his back while his feet look like they are running. "And here I thought you where a funny sleeper." I say to the wolf with a chuckle as I take the Galleon out of my pocket. 

"It's quite late in the afternoon and your still asleep?" I ask the Niffler who shoots up and runs over to me making me chuckle as he tries to take the galleon from me. "No wait, you can't just take everything you want." I say as I hold my hand up and the creature jumps up at it. 

"Just be patient, patience is always rewarded grandfather says." I say and well maybe I should listen to that myself a little more? "It's another apology for what I've done. Here." I say once the Niffler has calmed down and sat down. Handing the Galleon to him he hugs it tightly before putting it in his pocket while I get up again. 

Following the small creek I take a deep breath as I feel something crawl up my shoulder. "Alright you can tag along I guess." I say as I pet the Nifflers head while Dawn walks close by through the trees as she keeps a eye on me. 

"Where the North wind meets the sea

There's a river full of memory

Sleep, my darling, safe and sound
For in this river, all is found." I sing as I jump over a fallen over branch and continue my journey deeper into the forest.
