The Noble House Black.

Part 14

Leo's Pov, 

The weeks have been well oke? If we ignore the fact that the Rita something something put in her artical that Hagrid is half giant! He was so sad about he even stopped teaching and he loved that! If I get my hands on that bloody woman I'm snapping her neck! 

Harry well Harry needed a bit of help from me about telling him what he needed to do with that bloody egg and well I hope he figured something out to do since the second task is only hours away as I'm laying face first on my book in the library. 

Me and Hermione well..... well I love to spend my time with her, like she even helps me with the creatures the less big and scarry ones....... she hasn't been close to Fluffy, Basil or Spike the name of the Hungarian horntail...... since she has so many spikes. And we spend time together just reading, doing homework or being in the forest I think even she now takes joy out of it. 

"You need to go to bed and get some sleep." Hermione says as I feel her hand brush through my hair making a content leave my lips. "Has Harry found something yet?" I mumble but it stays silent for a long time. 

"You can't help him Leo, it's agai-" 

"I've been known for breaking rules." I say with a yawn as I open one eye and look at her with a amused smile. "I've known that for the last four years now please go get some rest oke?" She says as she squads down making me sit up with my smile. "I will if...." 

"If?" Hermione says as I take her hands and pull her closer to me until she's sitting on my lap with cheeks the color of tomatoes. "You give me a kiss." 

"Here in the library?! Have you lost your mind Leonidas Black?!" She whisper yells in disbelief as her eyes widen. "No one will see us, just give me a kiss and I will go to bed." I whisper as I lean up and ghost my lips against hers, seeing Hermione look around soon her soft lips place against mine making me kiss her back. When she tries to pull away again after like 2 seconds I pull her closer to me by her hips as I deepen the kiss while Hermione's arms soon snake around my neck. 

"And where is Miss Granger!" The voice of Mad eye yells making Hermione quickly pull away as she jump up form my lap and walks into the hall. "I-I here Professor." She stutters out as I have to bite my lip not to start laughing by the 'subtle' glare she's sending my way. 

"Professor McGonagall would like to see you in her office" Mad eye says and at this time?! What does mother wish to talk with Hermione about at this time! "Yes Professor." Hermione says and as she gets ready to walk away I pull her back, grabbing her chin I let my eyes meet hers. 

"I need to go..... before your mother finds us here." She whispers and I release a hum before leaning down and placing one more soft kiss against her lips. "Your trouble Black." Hermione says while shaking her head before she walks away from me. 

"Well time for bed it is." I say with a yawn as I stretch my body out and put my book away before walking out of the Library as Nevile is helping Harry right now with his books, I can't help him in the way like I can say what he needs to do........ but Hermione is smart well Ron is Ron but still they probably came up with something. 

The Next Day. 

Standing on the platform I clench my jaw......... a bloody hour to retrieve what they took...... they took the people we care most about! That's why last night mother wished to talk to Ron and Hermione. Blaise said Daphne also hasn't been seen this morning! Do I think they would harm them if they stay under water longer than a hour? No. Do I want to wait longer than one hour to find out? Hell to the no. 

"Welcome to the second task. Last night something was stolen from each of our champions. A treasure of sorts. These four treasures, one for each champion, now lie on the bottom of the black lake. In order to win each champion need only find their treasure and return to the surface. Simple enough. Except for this, they will have one hour to do so and one hour only. After that they'll be on their own." The voice of Grandfather speaks in the loudspeaker as I take my jacket off and hand it to Blaise who gives my shoulder a squeeze.
