Part 17

Leo's Pov, 

Releasing a groan I blink my eyes open only to feel something or more like someone... or in this cases someone's lay on top of me. Looking down I see Hermione with her head on my chest as her arm is wrapped around me. Dawn is somehow cramped by our legs with her head on my leg and Bandit lays on my stomach and all are just asleep. 

I just still can't believe what happened, how she could do that, or even better yet how Fudge could make her pass that stupid thing. It's cruel and vile, something that's not of this time anymore even hundreds of years ago it shouldn't have been done. Blood Quills are one thing but to let her whip a student in front of practically half of the school is just another thing. 

But after 20 back lashes with a whip I do have to say my back isn't hurting? Probably because Severus and Poppy tried their best to take the pain away. Feeling Hermione next to me stir I look down at her as her eyes slowly flutter open. 

"Morning." I softly say as I draw random patterns on her shoulder with my arm thats wrapped around the girl, seeing her raise her head her bright brown eyes meet mine. "Hey, do you need me to get you something? Or someon-" 

"I would like it if we could just lay here for some time." I softly say and she nods her head before leaning up and placing her lips against mine. Kissing her back I soon feel Bandit sit up on my stomach before he hugs my head making me chuckle against Hermione's lips as we pull apart. 

"I'm fine Bandit, but I have a job for you." I say with a grin as I turn to look at the Niffler who salutes me. "I need you to go into Dolores her office and destroy all her plates you think you can do that for me?" I say and he nods his head before getting off of me and running away. "Leo... if she finds out you're going to be in more trouble." 

"She won't find out." 

"I-I we were all so worried, she had no right to do that.,...... she's a monster." She says and I pull her closer to me. "I know but it happened, I'm fine..... she can't hurt me Hermione." 

"How can you say that when she whipped you, she whipped you Leo and you act as if... as if it didn't matter... as if it was nothing." She says with wide eyes. "I'm not saying that it was nothing, but I'm not going to give her this... this power over me Hermione, I would rather spend my time and energy on things that really matter..... you for an instance." I say and her cheeks slightly heat up making a chuckle leave my lips. 

"So how about we lay here all innocently while Bandit trashes her office."

Walking into the Great Hall as it's dinner time I see that woman sit in Grandfather's chair with a smug smile on her face but it soon leaver her as many and I mean many students get up and begin to cheer and clap as they see me. 

And even most of the teachers have smiles on their faces as they clap while I start to walk over to the Gryffindor table, reaching Harry, Ron, Neville, Ginny, The Twins and of course Hermione I soon move to sit down. 

"Hem, Hem Mr Black you will sit with your house for breakfast, lunches and dinner." That annoying voice says and I clench my jaw as I move to look at the woman who has her sinister smirk up right now. "I don't belong to a House Headmistress I thought after months of being here you knew that." I say and she points at a small table.... standing all alone in the corner of the Great Hall. "That's where you will sit." She says and I see Mother move to stand up but I shake my head making her stay seated and well the pull on her sleeve from Severus.
