Leo's Pov, 

And the school year is officially going to start! And I'm ready for it to end again, from all the people they had to hire it had to be Remus Lupin! Now on top of that Dementors are around to search for Sirius Black and Harry got attacked by one of those said Dementors on the train ride here! To be honest I should go with Harry in the summer like he blew his aunt up! Wished I could have seen it to be honest. 

"Merlin's beard they can stop singing." I mumble under my breath before Hermione sends me a pointed look and I put my hands up in surrender with a roll of my eyes when she looks away. Hearing the singing stop soon grandfather's voice is heard..... here we go. 

"Welcome! Welcome to another year at Hogwarts. Now, l'd like to say a few words......before we all become too befuddled by our excellent feast. First, I'm pleased to welcome Professor R.J. Lupin......who's kindly consented to fill the post......of Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher. Good luck, professor." Grandfather says as the man gets up and people clap while I roll my eyes. 

"Of course. That's why he knew to give you the chocolate, Harry." Hermione says before the most annoying voice of all is heard. "Potter, Potter." 

"Malfoy I would advise you to shut up before I shove you down into the Chamber of Secrets so long until not even your bones remain." I bite back towards the Slytherin boy who's eyes widen in shock. "Bloody gruesome who peed in your cup." Ron says and I shake my head as I turn back towards Grandfather. 

"Our Care of Magical Creatures teacher......has decided to retire......in order to spend more time with his remaining limbs. Fortunately, I'm delighted to announce.....that his place will be taken by none other......than our own Rubeus Hagrid." He says as he motions at Hagrid who gets up and takes about half the table with him making me stand up on the bench. 

"Whoo yay Hagrid!" I loudly cheer at the man while I feel Hermione try to pull me down and I release a chuckle as I take a seat again. "Thank you Leonidas, Finally, on a more disquieting note......at the request of the Ministry of Magic......Hogwarts will, until further notice, play host to the dementors of Azkaban......until such a time as Sirius Black is captured. The dementors will be stationed at every entrance to the grounds. Now whilst I've been assured......that their presence will not disrupt our day-to-day activities......a word of caution. Dementors are vicious creatures. They'll not distinguish......between the one they hunt and the one who gets in their way. Therefore, I must warn each and every one of you......to give them no reason to harm you. It is not in the nature of a dementor to be forgiving. But you know, happiness can be found......even in the darkest of times......if one only remembers to turn on the light." Grandfather speaks as he makes a candle go off and on while some whisper amongst themselves and even more eyes turn towards me as I look down at my plate while with my pointer finger I scratch at the skin of my thumb around the nail.

"Stupefy!" I cast towards the dummy who flies back against the wall before a knock is heard making me wipe the sweat off of my face with a towel before walking over to the large wooden doors that lead into my common room and well the rest? Opening it I see Hermione standing there with wide eyes as i took my shirt off a hour ago. 

"I uhm brought you some food.... you didn't stay around for the feast." She says as she holds a plate up with some food and it makes a small smile form on my lips. "Thanks... come in you should feel special you're the first student who beside me has been into this place." I see as she looks around in awe while I happily take the plate with food from her. 

"I have to share my dorm and you get to have this whole place for yourself." She says as she is quick to walk over to the books while I start to eat the steak with potatoes and some vegies on my plate, as well my stomach also began to rumble about the same time I walked out of the Great Hall.
