Leo's Pov,
Breaking some trees as we run out of the forest Fluffy falls down face or well faces first as I hold on for dear life not to fly off as we slide over the ground before stopping just before Hagrid's garden.
"Merlins bead Fluffy! Are you trying to get us in tro-" I start before I see Mother and Grandfather stand there looking at me completely unfazed. "You get taken by a Basilisk for months the same Basilisk you tend to spend your time talking too and now your trying to ride this beast! Are you trying to put me into a early grave Leonidas!" She says making me gulp down as Fluffy bends down and I hop off of it's large body.
"I-I well I've been trying to find them a home you know." I say as I motion between me and the three headed dog who sits down as his tail is still wagging, and to think most find him scary! "Like the centaurs are accepting them now but they won't for ever..... I just don't wish to see them hurt there's nothing wrong with that and for Basil well he's been my uhm only company for months you know?"
"Basil?" Mother says and I nod my head. "Basil the Basilisk: I first was going to name him Severus but well I don't think Snape would have liked that much." I say with a small smirk making grandfather chuckle while mother rolls her eyes. "Indeed I do not think he wou-"
"A three headed dog, I-I've never seen one this up close in person." A voice says and when I turn around I think my jaw hit the ground by the man and woman who stand there! IT'S NEWT SCAMANDAR! "I-I I-I.... am I still asleep!" I yell as I snap my head back between the man and mother and grandfather.
"Ow you must be Leonidas, Albus has been telling me so much about you.... Happy Birthday." The man says with a kind smile as he holds his hand out that I look down upon before taking it. "Y-your Newt Scamander, I've read your book like a million of times. I-I why are you here?" I say as I shake his head like probably a fan girl like Hermione was for the fraude last year or well at least in the beginning!
"I've heard you've been acquiring the friendship of some creatures who need a safe place to stay, I'm here to help you create some Vivariums for them." He says and I think my jaw dropped again. "Newt you've given the poor boy a heart attack." The woman says who's his wife Tina Goldstein as she shakes her head amused.
"I-I uhm thank you so much Mr Scamander." I say as I finally let his hand go and turn towards Fluffy. "You hear that one Fluffy? You're getting yourself a new home." I say making the three headed dog bark in joy while a chuckle leaves my lips.
"Wait Birthday?"
"See Albus this is what you get when we leave the boy to wander the woods for days upon days! Doesn't even know it's his birthday." Mother says as she looks at Grandfather. "But I like the forest." I say with a roll of my eyes.
"If your rolling your eyes at me Mister start running." Mother says and I quickly shake my head as I jump on top of Fluffy. "Run before she'll get us!" I yell towards the three headed dog who takes of sprinting back into the forest while I ignore the calls off my name from mother.
"I will be back soon Mr Scamander!"

"I've never seen a basalisk..... it's been one of my wishes but with the breeding being illegal it's not every day you come across one." Newt says and I nod my head as have picked a area where I can keep Basil and Fluffy without them being a danger to the rest of the forest and without the rest of the forest being a danger to them.
"Well that's if he wishes to come, very moody that one."
"You speak with them? You're a parslemouth? Extraordinary." He asks me with some disbelief and I nod my head. "I am but uhm wait just don't look at me crazy, he'll come." I start before I close my eyes.

All the light, let it show" I sing as I'm probably making a giant fool out of myself by singing next to the... THE NEWT SCAMANDER! Hearing movement come closer I let a smile appear on my face.

You're not alone." I continue before scales touch against my eyes making me slowly open my eyes to see Basil with his eyes close. "Magnificent they come when you sing for them." Newt says and I nod my head as I turn to look back at the man.
"When I was taken, Basil found comfort in it.... and I found comfort in not losing my mind by talking to stone snake heads." I say as I turn away from Basil and grab my wand out of my pocket. "Oke now comes the hard part we've done all the spells to keep them safe and hidden for wandering eyes but now you must picture the habitant you wish to create." Newt says and I close my eyes as I start to picture a new large den for Basil hidden under some three roots, and a pond of water large enough for him to clean himself if he wishes, large rocks for him to lay up in the sunlight...... some nice trees but not to many since he likes the sunlight..... and..... and a large hollow tree that lays down where he can hide in now that he would ever need to hide but well.
"Yes! Your doing it... keep going Leonidas!" Newt yells with laughter as I wave my wand around while I keep picturing the perfect habitat for Basil. Opening my eyes I look around in awe as it looks just like I pictured it. "It's perfect don't you thi- wait Newt don't look in his eyes and please Basil don't look in his." I say making the man quickly direct his eyes down as I turn towards the Basalisk.
"Look at your new home Basil."
Hearing the giant snake move around I look towards the back of his body as he makes his way into the hollow tree trunk. "It's beautiful... thank you Leonidas."
"I will visit soon you have my word.... for now we have to make Fluffy's home." I say as me and Newt make our way out of the Virarium and turn around towards Fluffy who's wagging it's tail.
"Same thing Leonidas, close your eyes and picture what you wish for him." Newt says as we step into the space and I close my eyes. Fluffy's breed can be found in Greece, it's more mounty and hilly and drier than here.
Picturing some hills that some of turn higher into small mountains a river runs down form it before turning into a puddle as nice green grass with lifefull trees are around in like it's a oasis..... and a nice big old soft pillow large enough for Fluffy but the further away you get from the water the drier the grass becomes as it seems to stretch on for miles upon miles over the hills.
Waving my wand around I soon hear Fluffy begin to bark like crazy making me open one eye to see it's just like I pictured...... and the three headed dog is running around like crazy before he trips over his own paws and crashes into the pond. Making me and Newt start to laugh.
Feeling something tap against my leg I stop laughing as I look down and see Bandit there with his hands open making me raise my brow. "It's my birthday and yet here you are begging for money." I say with a shake of my head as I take a knut out of my pocket and squad down.
"A Niffler, this one seems more well behaved then the ones I had. Hello little one." Newt says as he also squads down and I hand Bandit the Knut who hugs it tightly before putting it in his pocket. "Me and Bandit made a deal, he doesn't take things that aren't his and he gets a coin everyday. Mother said he practically raided the castle when I was gone.... but we're back on track now right Bandit?" I say and he nods his head before crawling on my shoulder.
"It's great to find someone like you.... who sees the beaty even in creatures many would like so see gone from this world." Newt says with a smile as he also gets up and places his hand on my shoulder.
"Thank you, they deserve a good life after everything."
