Koa getting close to K didn't happen on purpose. Looking at him from across the battlefield he utterly regrets getting close to K. There's nothing in his eyes, just pure darkness, one could say pure evil not to be stopped. Everyone is injured. Everyone is dying, they all should flee. Ax picks up kin and starts running away with mikoo following. Faer is dying yet he can't move, or listen to what is being yelled at him. K is right there, it's his fault.
Being pissed off is a thing koa is good at but this is a different kind, one that was buried so deep in his soul, from everything, family, marriage, himself, his fights with kin. He can't stop glaring at K. He's in pain but he's seriously pissed off. He can't believe that K would do this, he knew it was possible he just hoped it wouldn't happen. What's worse is that she is there standing next to him. He hears nothing but his rage burning and forcing him to fight them which he does, he fights back in his blind rage.
When the rage dies down, he finds himself curled over k feeling metal right in the middle of his stomach looking down k is in a similar way both of them stabbed and bleeding heavily.
"You have no one" K repeats over and over in manical way. K pushes koa off, the last thing koa sees is K walking away with help from her.
Koa regrets so much in his life and he wished he didn't have to loose so many people but at least kin is safe.
