Disagreeing with your twin happens but never like this. Koa watches Kin walk away, they just argued about someone. A person they barely know. Koa understands where Ki gets faers ideas from but can you really judge someone on that. There are other people here that we know the exact same about, which is not a lot, and kin seems absolutely fine about being around him.
Judging a book by its cover isn't a thing Koa can do, he realised that when he married. Married he hates that word, this 'marriage' is for money, status and lineage nothing else. He should tell kin about it, not now faer is mad at him, fae always seems to get mad or annoyed at him now. It's because of the stupid secret, his secret. The twins are distant more often than not, it's killing him. He's going to lose fae. Fae will still be protected though, through Ax. At least koa thinks that.
Koa feels stupid for interpreting something out loud, it sounded like protection. It kinda was kinda wasn't, it should've stayed in his brain. What's worse is that kin got injured before they fought now koa can't check in on faem unless he tries to do it sneakily which never works.
When kin comes back koa is lying down on his side facing away from where anyone is he's close to k he didn't mean to, he's unable to sleep so it'll take a while from him to sleep now, he's stuck with the thoughts in his head.
