Being in Zraz. Wasn't by his choice, kal wanted to see Sylfir which meant showing up here, so they could take a ship there. Koa knows why people are staring. He is struggling to keep his hands off of kal's, it's not that he is ashamed of the relationship, it's certain people here, 'family' who he shouldn't show that he's with with Kal. There are only a few purple tieflings in Zraz and everyone knows what Koa the youngest son of the mostrum's looks like.
Koa turns off to a Tavern trying so hard to avoid people, kal was most likely following but he wasn't sure. He wants a drink and to not be here. Kal grabs koa's arm "Koa, darlin' now's not the time, we gotta find someone that'll take us there" kal takes koa's hand and leads the way to the docks. Koa keeps looking at their hands interlocked. He was trying to avoid going to the dock. He doesn't know if uncle Kel is there and he's not sure if he can talk to zem right now. He doesn't think he could talk to anyone in the family.
It just so happens that kel has docked zer ship up to gain supplies and sell what ze needs to. Kal's still dragging koa slightly. Kel sees them both "well well well would you look at that the fucking look out has returned. "Hey capin' kel we were wondern' if we could get taken to Chergath Theocary like before" kal starts the conversation. Kel agrees on that.
Once on the ship the first thing koa does is go up to the crows nest.
