Koa has been out of that place for a bit. Unc-Captain Kel is taking them back to Zraz for some reason. Koa comes up to the deck of the ship to see a commotion happening kal and Vidaila were yelling at each other, those two don't get along and koa understands why. The physical fight starts when Vidaila shoves kal back which causes the fist fight. No one will break it up because it gets boring on the ship and fights are entertainment for the crew. Koa isn't having it today, that's why he gets in between the two back to kal, his tail goes around kal's leg as if to calm him, facing Vidaila, koa is pissed that Vidaila would do this, when Vidaila strikes him in the chest right where the two scar/wounds cross, that causes koa to stumble a little, crumple in pain ended up on his knees wheezing, they haven't healed nor will they ever heal, "fuck" he cries out in pain, his hand holding where he got punched, tears brimming his eyes. Koa watches the Vidaila run off.
Kal sits behind koa and helps him move to sitting with koa's back is against kal's chest, koa shifts a little wincing as he does so he can put his head on kal's shoulder facing into his neck, Koa's eyes are closed as he tries to breathe right, kal gently takes his hand with one hand and the other hand is rubbing koa's back. Kal softly hums to Koa. The tears start falling at this point, he doesn't understand why he keeps crying all he knows is that kal holds him until koa wants to move.
Koa must've fell asleep cause when he next opens his eyes it's darker as the sun is setting, kal is still with him. "Sorry kal"
"Why ya sorry, 'a should be not you" kal replies kinda taken aback at koa's apology.
"Vidaila is an ass, sorry you had to deal with him" koa fidgets with kal's hand.
"It's fine, ya wanna go inside?" Koa nods and they go inside for the night together.
