The first time Koa slept with Vidaila it wasn't horrible so he didn't mind that Vidaila wanted to do it some more. To koa he they are friends with benefits and nothing more.
Vidaila started being more clingy and wanting to do more things together. He wanted to teach koa how to use the cannons, koa has no care about the cannons he doesn't want to be stuck in the warmth of below deck. Koa liked the crows nest he liked the sky, he felt free. "Babe you wanna go to the tavern later" Vidaila asked one time they had docked up. Koa glared at Vidaila, he was mainly confused since when did Vi call him that, it was wrong coming out of his mouth. "No" is how koa responded short and cold. The shifter huffed and went off to do his own thing.
That morning Koa woke up to Vidaila in his bed with him, that's when koa decided he was putting a hammock up and sleeping in that. Koa avoided Vidaila to the best of his ability.
