There was a 911 call from a grocery store that identified a couple matching Ford and Cindi's descriptions. Derek and Rossi were the arresting agents they caught Ford but Cindi was nowhere to be found.

Derek stayed back with Palmer going over security footage and talking to the manager who made the 911 call.

Meanwhile back at the precinct, Rossi brought Ford in who is choosing not to ask for a lawyer. Hotch and Rossi call me in to go over an interrogation strategy to throw him off his game.

"We need you to knock him down a peg. Go in ignoring him, act like he can wait until you're ready for him to speak." Rossi coaches as I nod my head.

"Don't worry I eat man like him for breakfast." I wink.

"I should honestly be worried about you." He shakes his head patting my back.

Spence steps into the room his eyes darting between the window where Ford sits in the interrogation room just on the other side and myself.

"Ready?" He questions coming up to kiss my forehead.

"I'm just warning you all now due to personal reasons I will be in fact turning things up a fucking notch."

All three men just look at me, Spence tries to bite back a proud smile, while Rossi questions why he chose to take me in like some wandering cat looking for a home. Hotch is the only one to speak up.

"I would have a headache right now but this is the perfect time for you to bring all of that...." He gestures towards me. "Personality into our case. "

"I knew deep down you secretly love me." I grin widely.

"There was never a question about not loving you Finnegan." He states like it was obvious.

"Aaron you're gonna make me cry." I fan my hands in front of my eyes acting like I'm trying to keep my tears from falling.

"Can we have this discussion later. We have an interrogation to get to." He looks at me pointedly nodding towards the door where JJ waits patiently for me.

"Yup...on it like white on rice." I say quickly walking over to JJ before turning back around to kiss Spence, who was just standing there looking adorable with his messy tousled hair and my top five favorite cardigan.

"Finnegan." Hotch groans frustrated.

"Sorry....he just looks so cute today it would be a crime not to kiss him." I admit meeting JJ at the door.

"Out. Now." Hotch points at the door.

"Aye aye captain!" I give him a salute before turning to follow JJ towards the interrogation door.

I smile at the cop standing guard. "How ya doin Bobby?"

He cocks a brow confused. "It's Max." He says correcting me. My hands rest on my hips.
