RAY
Before we knew it, the opening of the hostel was finally here. It was a very busy day for Ton, Cheum, and I. We managed to somehow survive it thanks to our very supportive partners who had been with us every step of the way.
Ton and Nick have somehow roped in Nick's best friend Sand and his band to provide us with the music for the day. I was momentarily resting my head on Yok's very sexy and comfortable chest as I basked in the calm before the storm. The guests will start arriving in 30 minutes.
Nick was grinning ear to ear as he approached us towing a tall stranger and when Yok and I finally tore our attention away from each other, we both gasped audibly. No wonder Nick said Yok is his substitute best friend because Sand and Yok indeed looked very similar. If you don't know them, you'll end up thinking they were brothers. Yok recovered first and shook hands with Sand who nonchalantly pointed out their similarities. Both tall, lean and extremely good looking. While Sand has the musician look through and through, the love of my life looks every inch the artist that he is.
Sand then turned to me and his smile faltered in confusion before apologizing and taking my hand in a friendly shake.
"I'm sorry, you're Ray, right? I just thought I was seeing my boyfriend. No malice intended, Yok. I mean we do look very similar but what are the chances, my Ayan- that's my boyfriend's name. He actually looks very similar to you too," Sand recovered his smile and it became instantly clear to me why he is very famous. If I wasn't madly in love with Yok, I'd be captivated by the bright smile on Nick's best friend's face too.
"Huh, never realized my face was very common," I lightly joked, moving back into the arms of my man.
"Ah of course not. Aye is the most gorgeous man on earth," Sand wistfully smiled, probably thinking of his boyfriend.
"Sorry man, but Ray is the most gorgeous man on earth," Yok retorted, playfully pulling my cheeks.
"Alright, there's no need to debate that since you said it yourself Sand that they look alike. Let this Ayan and Ray both be the most gorgeous man on earth. Happy?" Ton looked at Yok exasperatedly, to which my darn boyfriend just shrugged.
"Baby you're so petty!" I teased him as Ton and Nick moved with Sand towards the makeshift stage for tonight.
"Of course I am when someone says somebody else is more gorgeous than you. That is an absolutely lie!" Yok declared passionately.
"Oh babe. You're just the best. I love you!" I hugged him tightly before swatting his hand away playfully as it moved dangerously low towards my backside.
"Hey I was just touching what's mine!" Yok whined.
"You're an insatiable pervert! We have to go greet the guest now baby. Stop thinking of getting under my pants. I promise I'll make it worth your patience later!" I winked at Yok before moving towards the hostel entrance where Cheum and April are already standing, ready to greet guests when they start arriving.
