Multiverse Timeline (Hunter part 3)

HICCUP POV:

We made it back to the edge and landed. I went into the club house and set Angel on the floor. Angel turned back into a nightfury. Honestly I have so many questions. Either way it's still nice to finally see another nightfury.

"The wing and tail are still the same no matter what form he is in" said Fishlegs.

"Maybe amputation and injures carry over when they shift forms" I said.

"So if Hiccup was to shift then he would be missing a leg" said Ruffnut.

"In theory, it's possible that you need a full body to have the full body of the dragon" I said.

"But Angel can transform into a human right" asked Astrid.

"He should be able to. Unless he has come into contact with yellow oleander" said Heather.

"What" I asked.

"I don't remember much. Yellow oleander does nothing for normal dragons but it affects the shifters ability to shapeshift. I'm not sure how exactly" said Heather.

"Okay, well if he is going to turn human then will he be naked? Because I don't want to share my clothes with him" said Snotlout.

"He has a point" said Fishlegs.

We all looked at Heather.

"Don't look at me. I don't know how it works. I just know the basics. However Viggo does own a few books on them that he got from the northern market. Maybe we can get one there" said Heather.

"First let's make Angel a cast. But he won't be able to shapeshift while wearing the cast" I said.

I looked at Angel.

"Uh, do you want to shift to a human? Please" I asked.

Angel sat there.

"Maybe he doesn't know how anymore. The hunters probably forced him to forget his human identity" said Fishlegs.

"Okay, then let's just make him a cast for today" I said.

Fishlegs, Heather, and I got the stuff while everyone else left to do their own thing. We started making a cast for Angel to go on his wing.

He won't be able to fly for a while. Then once he is healed he will need a fake tail fin like Toothless but one that he can control on his own. I will have to buy supplies at the market.

"That should work" said Heather as we finished.

Angel lifted his wing and then put it down.

"Just a few weeks and he should be good as new" I said.

"Minus the tail. We should probably make it for him soon. Even though he can't fly he should be use to wearing it" said Fishlegs.

"You're right, I just need to go get some stuff from the market. I think it would also be a good idea to see if we can find any books or anything about shifters" I said.

"I'll stay here with Angel and keep a eye on him. I don't think we should leave him alone" said Heather.

"Okay, I'll see if anyone else wants to go with me" I said.

I left the clubhouse with Toothless and got what I need to go to the market. Astrid, the twins, and Snotlout decided to tag along. I honestly don't even know where to look for information on shifters. Is there like a store or something?

When we got to the market we landed and got off our dragons. The twins said that they needed some offerings for their Loki alter so they will meet us at the food court.

"Hiccup, look at this" said Astrid as she flipped threw a book.

Snotlout and I walked over and looked at the book.

"It's about shifters. It's only the basics but I think it will help us understand Angel better" said Astrid.

"I would like to know how he is even able to shift in the first place" said Snotlout.

"It says in the book that they are born human. They were bit and then a year later got the abilities" said Astrid.
