PETER POV:

I looked at the notes excited. A new species. That would explain so much.

"How far have you explored" asked my dad.

"A few miles but with limited supplies I had Kipp over there do most of the work" said Yondu.

Kipp was a machine that was in pieces in the corner.

"What went wrong with him" asked Tony.

"Nothing, the Martians don't like robots. I had to convince them that Kipp was safe but in the end I had to take Kipp apart to gain their trust. I thought I was stuck here before I shut him down" said Yondu.

I flipped the paper over.

"Do you want me to take a look at him" asked Tony.

"No, it's best we leave him. The Martians might decided to visit later" said Yondu.

"What is this" I asked.

"Let me see" said Yondu.

I showed him the paper I was looking at.

"Oh that" said Yondu.

He put the paper on the table.

"It's a map. Here is where we are and here is Crimson Ocean. It's not far from here if you would like to go there" said Yondu.

"We can actually go there" asked my sister.

"Ya, just put your suit on and I'll take you there and some other locations around the hab" said Yondu.

"Okay, let's go then" said my dad.

We put the papers down and suited up to go outside. Once we were ready we followed Yondu to a beach. It was like a beach on earth. Just less gravity.

"Now I'm not sure why it's called Crimson Ocean but it is the biggest on Mars. The Martians called it Crimson Ocean but the people from Nasa that I talked to called it Oceanus Borealis" said Yondu.

I walked over to the water while Yondu and my dad talked. The waves came up and covered my boots before going back to the ocean. I can't feel the water on my feet but I imagine it's similar to earth.

"Glad there are no jelly fish right" said my sister as she walked over to me.

"I'm more scared of sharks but jelly fish aren't all that common" I said.

"Oh, humans say they are everywhere and you have to pee on yourself if you are stung" said my sister.

"I'm pretty sure that's just a myth. But either way any life that would be on this beach will die when Mars looses its magnetic field" I said.

"It would be cool if this place had life though" said my sister.

I got a idea.

"One second, I want to try something" I said.

"What" asked my sister.

I ran a few feet away with my sister following me. I laid on my back and started to make a sand angel while my sister started laughing.

"What are you doing" she asked.

"Making a sand angel. I use to make snow angels back on earth as a kid" I said.

"You look so ridiculous" said my sister.

"Try it" I said.

My sister took a second and laid on her back to make a sand angel.

"Is this it" she asked.

"Pretty much" I said.

I finished and stood up.

"This feels weird" said my sister.

She finished and stood up.

"That doesn't look like a angel" said my sister.

"Either way we are the first ones to make sand angels on mars" I said.

"Think anyone will notice if we take a seashell or something" asked my sister.

"No, but you have to find one first" I said.

"I'll find one" said my sister.

She ran off and started looking. I smiled and ran around looking for one two. Are there even seashells on mars? Like ever?
