I woke up to a loud explosion. We must be under attack. I got up and found Natasha in the hallway.
"What's going on" I asked.
"No idea, either we are under attack or those idiots in the lab did something stupid" said Natasha as we ran to the lab.
The rest of the team made it and found Tony trying to calm Hulk down while a small tree thing attacked Hulk.
"CALM DOWN BRUCE" Tony yelled.
Hulk smacked Tony back against the walk.
"I HULK. NOT BRUCE" said Hulk.
"I AM GROOT" the tree yelled.
The rest us either ran over to Hulk or to check on Tony.
"HULK" I yelled.
Hulk turned to face me while the others helped Tony up.
"Let the little tree man go please" I said.
"HE STARTED IT" Hulk yelled.
"Smashing him isn't going to fix the lab" I said.
Hulk looked around and dropped Groot annoyed. Groot stood up and looked at us.
"I am Groot" said Groot.
"I am Steve Rogers" said Steve.
"I am groot, I am groot" said Groot.
We were all a little confused.
"All that twig has said is I am Groot. I'm not sure he understands English" said Tony as Bucky held him up.
"Where did he come from" asked Bucky.
"I don't know, Bruce and I were experimenting with y/n's DNA when there was a explosion" said Tony.
"Wait you what" I asked turning to Tony.
"I just wanted to see if anything can kill you" said Tony.
I can't die and stay died. The team knows this. I die if I am stabbed or something but I come back.
"Bruce said it was a bad idea. And for once I agree with him" said Hulk.
"YOU CAN'T JUST DO THAT. AND HOW DID THAT BRING GROOT HERE" I yelled.
"I don't fucking know" said Tony.
"Hey, how about you watch your fucking language Stark" said Steve.
"Point is I don't know what that is. I hoped you did" said Tony.
Groot walked up to me and put his arms up. I picked up groot and sat him on my shoulder. He held onto my ear.
"New rule, don't fuck with stuff you don't understand. I was cursed. As for now I will take care of Groot. I'm going to the kitchen to see if he will eat anything" I said.
"I am groot" said Groot pointing.
We looked and saw a Walkman with headphones.
"Some sort of music player" asked Steve.
"A Walkman, I haven't seen one in forever" said Natasha.
"I am Groot" said Groot.
I went to pick up the Walkman and left the lab. Everyone went back to own stuff. I looked the Walkman over. Awesome mix tape vol. 1. I looked at the back and saw Peter Quill (Starlord) written on it. I put the headphones on and started to play a song.
"I'm not in love" started to play.
I paused the player and set it on the counter. I will have to listen to it later. I sat Groot on the counter and grabbed some fruit. Groot took a apple slice and started eating it. Well it's good that eats something.
"Anything on the walkman" asked Bruce.
"Ya, it says it belongs to some guy named Peter Quill or starlord" I said.
"I am groot" said Groot.
"Why do I know the name Peter Quill" Bruce asked himself.
"Is he a famous scientist or something" I asked.
"No, I would remember that. Plus Walkman are more of a 70 and 80 time period. It's not Einstein had one. But I know I heard the name Peter Quill before. I just can't remember where" said Bruce.
