Story Unfolds:
The same day: At morning: At Royal tent of Karna:
One boy of 25 was introspecting his ban or arrows and arranging neatly them into tunir or Bow bag. He was so engrossed in the work that he failed to notice that two ladies were seeing him in moister eyes. From the open door front. They were his mothers. Padma and Uruvi.
"Jiji, roko lo apni Lalla ko. (Big sister kindly stop your son.)" One of them cried aloud. Her shrill voice rang like a lament to her sister.
Devi Uruvi (scared)
She ran from nowhere to stop her this son. She was at that time suspected to lose her mental sanity totally. She was seen to roam here and there in the battlefield and search desperately for her dead sons. She was seen to ask everyone about the wellbeing of her all sons. She was seen to drag the men and women by hands and ask them of her dead sons -
"Tumne mere Satya ko dekha hain?!! Mere Chitra?!! Nahin? Toh Bana?!! Wo bhi nahin!!! Mere Shatru-Dip?!! Bolke gaya 'Choti Ma, a jaunga!! Abhi tak koi nahin lauta!!' Kahan gaya?!! (Do any of you see my Satya?!!! My Chitra?!!! No? Then Bana?!! Not him too!! Then my twins Shatru-Dip?!! They all told me that 'Little mother, don't worry. We will come back soon. Didn't come back anyone.' Where can they go?!!)"
Her falling metal condition brought tears in both Yudhhisthir and Kumar Duryodhan. Even the army members loved her wholeheartedly. For her helping nature. She had left over the greatest inspect on the both sides of the war. Her dear husband Karna was silent yet he was affected most. As he loved Uruvi most. Padma was his soul and Supriya his Devi. But Uruvi was his lover. Padma was Radheya Priya. Uruvi was Karna Priya. Don't ask me what was Supriya for him. She was his deity or Goddess!!! He did not be able to love her!!! He worshipped her as a Devi!!! She was not a mere mortal being for him!!! By the let us drive in the story again.
She lifted her eyes to her Padma Jiji who was standing tall lifelessly before her. She took her hands in her own. This time Padma stirred a little bit. She was seen dreaming something in her mind.
"Main is sishu ke raksha ke liye apni bhagini se hi vachan badhhya hoon. Apni pran deke bhi main iski Raksha karungi. (I promised to save this baby to my sister. I will save him by giving my own life.)"
Her own voice, as Brahma Putri Devi Padmavati, rang in her eardrum. She was so ready to save Vrish that day!!! She was so angry on herself today!!! She could not stop him!!! To join the war!!! As a mother she was utmost failure!!!! Only if she could do that!!!
