Story Unfolds:
At the Royal Garden of Hastinapur: the very next day:
One beautiful young girl of eighteen was looking at the horizon. She was watching it ansentmidely. Why only God knew!!! Perhaps she was truly missing someone near and dear one to herself!!!
She sighed deeply. Her mission of uniting India was a big one. It was not a bit an easy task for her. Yet she had got words from the newly appointed King of Hastinapur. He promised in a court that from now onwards no big state would impose a threat of war over the small ones. Let see whether he could follow it in next future.
She was not a happy one. But she was satisfied with the prompt response she got from Hastinapur. After the fall of the state Magadha and Jarasandh, this was the only powerful state of entire Aryavart. Jarasandh was a very cunning and ruthless emperor. He was a threat over entire Aryavart. He married his two daughters Asti and Prapti with Mahabali Kansa, maternal uncle of Balram-Krishna. He wanted to make a big Empire like Hastinapur but after his death, his son Sahadev was a timid and docile man who had joined the Pandava and was killed in the hands of Mama Shakuni at the war of Mahabharata. In this way the imposing threat of powerful Magadh over Hastinapur had ended.
The girl was not thinking about the future of India. But of humanity. She wanted to make her son a brave yet a peace loving One. She sensed his kick inside her womb every day. She knew that he could listen to her. She wanted to make her son another messenger of peace in the world, who would prefer to rule one's hearts, after herself. She knew her son would be like her.
She was sighing softly again. She had to go back to Anga again yet her own health was not good noways. The long joinery could take a troll on her own health. She was fobaden by the royal doctor Sushim to make a long journey at this crucial stage of pregnancy but she took the risk. Her mother-in-law was supportive yet scared for her security. And why would not she be scared for this girl?!! Shalu was eight months pregnant at this time. Yes I am talking about the female protagonist of our story Devi Vatsyala herself.
Shalu lifted her eyes to the sky and then put her right palm over her own womb. She carressed it softly. Then a soft sigh escaped her throat again. She was recalling her childhood days. Her days of happiness was numbered yet it gave her strength and courage to fight with every odd of her life. She was going on as she knew that she had to live for fulfilling her mission of life.
All of a sudden she sensed a soft tug on her right shoulder. A female one!!
With a jolt she sharply turned back and saw the person whom she never expected here. Devi Draupadi.
Shalu looked at her direction with awe. Her face must showed her own suprise as Krishna sensed that and told her in soft voice of tone
"Putri, ap mujhe dekhke itne asyrchya kyun ho rahi ho!!! (Why you are so surprised to See me here?!!)"
