We were all chilling in our last class of the day. "That villain stuff is bad and all, but I'm pumped about these games!" Kirishima said. "We put on a good show, and we're basically on the way to being pros!" Sero said. "Yeah this is why I'm even here in the first place!" Sugar man said.

"We have limited chances. We'll have to make the most of it." Tokoyami said, sitting on a cubby with his leg propped up and his arm resting on it. "See, you looked cool when you said that, but your wording still needs work." I said.

Tokoyami huffed and turned his head. 'That was cool too.' I thought. "Iida. Midoriya. I'm gonna do my best!" Uraraka said. "Whoa! Uraraka what happened to your face!?" Izuku said. "Seriously, you're like the most laid back girl ever!" Ashido said. "Everyone, I'm gonna do my best!" Uraraka yelled.

"Yeah!" Everyone in that section of that class said. Then she zoomed over to us with her fist in the air. "I said I'm gonna do my best!" she said. "Yeah." "Got it." my section of the class said, a lot less enthusiastic. I got my bag and walked out. "I'm going home."

The Next Day

Uraraka walked to the door and opened it to a bunch of students just standing outside our classroom. "Why the heck are you all here!?" she yelled. "Do you have some kind of business with our class?" Iida asked.

"Why are you blocking our doorway? I won't let you take us hostage!" tiny dude said. Kacchan walked to the door as I trailed behind him. I walked up to the tiny dude and squatted down to his level.

I grabbed his cheek and said "Pipe down, shrimp." "They're scouting the competition, idiots." Kacchan said.

He walked to the door and stared at the students eye to eye. "We're the students who survived a villain attack, so they probably want to see us with their own eyes." I said and walked up behind Kacchan.

"Isn't that what you were going to say?" I asked tauntingly but he just ignored me. "At least now you know what a future pro looks like." "Yeah." I said, smirking. "Now move it, extras." We said together.

Kacchan said it angrily, but I said it tauntingly with another smirk. "You can't call people extras just cause you don't know their names!" Iida yelled.

A purple haired guy with a tired face then pushed his way to the front. "So this is class 1-A. I heard they were impressive, but you two just sound like butts." he said. My face morphed from a smirk to a face similar to Kacchan's.

"Is everyone in the hero course delusional, or is it just you?" he said. "Huh!?" me and Kacchan said. "I also wanted to be in the hero course, but like many others here, I was forced onto a different path. Such is life.

I didn't cut it the first time around, but I have a second chance. If any of us do well in the sports festival, teachers can choose to transfer us to the hero course. Meaning someone will have to be removed."

My anger grew even more for this guy. "Some of my peers may have come to scout out the competition, but I came to warn you. If you slack off, I'll steal your spot right from under you. Consider this a declaration of war."

"What makes you think you can talk to us like that?" I asked seriously. "You think you can talk down on us and not sound like a butt yourself? That's not how it works. You're not the only one with a sappy backstory, or struggling to get what they want. Not everyone goes around just talking about it though.

You want us to take pity on you or something? Well guess what, that's not happening. We didn't get our spots in the hero course handed to us. We all earned it. Maybe if you worked harder you have gotten in too because that's what it takes.
