Chapter 20 (Summer Training Camp Begin!)

We were all standing outside of the school now listening to Mr. Aizawa. 

"Now that you've finished up your first semester at UA High, It's time for summer vacation to officially begin." he said. "However. Don't think that these will be months of rest for you heroes in the making. At this camp, we'll push you to go beyond your limits. You're aiming to become "Plus Ultra" Aizawa said. 

"Yes sir!" Everyone said. 

I turned to Kirisima. 

"Are you pumped or what!?" I asked excitedly. 

"Oh yeah! I'm totally pumped!" he said, just as excited as me.

"Although, I'm not too excited about those extra cla-" Kirishima was then cut off by a voice. 

"I heard some of class A students have to take extra classes during the training camp! Does that mean some of you actually failed the final exam!? That must be so embarrassing! Especially since you're supposed to be the much better class! All of you must be wallowing in shame!" The brat that can copy quirks yelled maniacally. 

Then a girl with orange hair in a ponytail came and chopped him in the head, knocking him out.

"Don't mind him." she said, dragging his body.

"Monoma's scary." A girl from Class B said. 

"Hey! The rest of Class B is here too!" Izuku said. 

"It's nice to see you outside of the sports festival. Now that we're not technically rivals." A girl smirking said.

Class B then boarded their bus and we did the same.

"Here's the deal. We'll be on the bus for about an hour before our first stop. Stay focused." Aizawa said. 

"Why aren't we blasting some music!" Kaminari yelled. 

"No one should be standing! This is a safety hazard! Please stay seated." Iida yelled. 

Everyone completely ignored Mr. Aizawa and did their own thing.

The bus finally arrived at our stop and we all got out to stretch. I looked around and there wasn't much to see. It was just an open dirt space with a forest just beyond some fences and a black car. 

"This isn't much of a resting spot." Kaminari said. 

"Tell me about it." I said. 

"Where's Class B?" Jiro questioned.

"Now that I think about it, you're right. Where are they?" I said. 

"You don't really think we stopped here just so you could stretch your legs, do you?" Aizawa said. 

"Please, sir. The toilet." Mineta said in a stance that made it clear he needed to go.

Just then, we heard a voice from the black car that was nearby. 

"Hey there, Eraser." A feminine voice said. Aizawa bowed. 

"Long time no see." he said.

Two women dressed in cat clothes, one in red and one in blue, and a little boy in a hat with two horns coming out of it stepped out of the car.

"Your feline fantasies are here! Say meow!" one of them said. 

"Purrfectly cute and catlike girls!" the other one said. 

"You can call us...The Wild, Wild Pussycats!" They said together. 

Then they both posed while the little boy stood to the side looking angry. He kinda reminded me of Kacchan.

"These are the pro heroes you'll be working with at the training camp." Aizawa said. 

"They're a four person rescue team that specializes in mountain rescues!" Izuku said, geeking out again. 

"The Pussycats were founded when they were kids, like forever ago. This marks there 12th year working as a-"

Izuku was cut off by the blue 'Pussycats' grabbing his face. 

"I'm pretty sure you got your math wrong!" she yelled angrily. "I'm 18 at heart." 

"Understood." Izuku said, now afraid of her. 

"Face the truth lady! You're old." I said. 

The lady then came over and punched me in the face. 

"Ow." I groaned.

"Humph. Serves you right." she said. 

"Everyone. Say hello." Aizawa told us. 

"Hello! Nice to meet you." we all said. 

"We own this whole stretched land out here. Everything you can see. So, the training camp is at the bottom of the mountain." The red Pussycat said.

"That's far?" Everyone said. 

"Uh, then why did we stop all the way up here?" Uraraka asked. 

"I'm afraid we both know the answer to that." Tsu said. 

"No. That can't be right. Can it?" Sugar Man said. 

"Right. Back on the bus we go." Sero said nervously. 

"Good idea. Let's load up." Kaminari said.

"The current time is 9:30 am. If you're quick about it, you might make it there by noon." the red one said. 

"No way! Guys!" Kirishima said. 

"Oh my gosh!" Ashido said. 

"Save yourselves!" I yelled and we all tried to run back on the bus.

"Kitties that don't make it there by noon don't get any lunch!" 

"You should've known. Your training camp...has already begun." Aizawa said. 

The blue pussycat then came and blocked us and made the ground turn into an avalanche! We all rolled down the hill and landed on the ground.

"Good news! Since this is private land, you can use your quirks as much as you want! You've got three full hours. You should be able to make it to the facility in that time...Assuming you can get past The Beast's Forest!" the red one said.

"The Beast's forest!?" Izuku yelled. 

"That sounds like something right out of a video game!" Kaminari said. 

"Well, no use in standing around. Let's get to it." I yelled.

We all struggled and groaned walking down the mountain. We did not make it back in time at all. The sun was going down! 

"You said it would only be, like, three hours!" Sero complained! 

"I guess I based it on how long it would take us. Sorry." the red Pussycat said.

"Sorry my but!" I yelled. 

"Now, you're bragging about how much better you are than us. How cruel." Sugar Man said. 

"I'm starving! This is awful!" Kirishima yelled. 

"Me too!" I said. 

"Meow, meow, meow, meow! I thought it would take you guys way longer! But you did much better against my dirt monsters than I thought. You guys were seriously great! Especially you four." the blue one pointed at Kacchan, Izuku, Todoroki, and Iida. "It seems like you've had quite a bit of experience." 

'She doesn't think I'm on par with them? That's a first...Dang it. Even though I thought I was better than everyone here, I still have to catch up. This sucks, but I'll just have to train relentlessly. More than anyone.' I thought.
