Chapter 47 (You Were Jealous)

Long story short, Kacchan, Todoroki, Yaorashi, and Camie all figured out a way to win the kids' hearts. It was pretty cool. I met Todoroki and Kacchan outside the locker rooms and walked with them out the building.

"That was actually pretty cool guys. Even you, I guess, Camie." I said.

"Harsh babes. Are you still upset cause I call you and your boyfriend obnoxious?" Camie asked.

I got irritated again.

"You're just super annoying..." I said lowly, trying to contain my annoyance.

"Look, babes-" Camie started.

"Don't call me that. If you haven't noticed, I don't swing that way." I said.

"I take it back. See. Bakugo, you're actually not that bad when you're quiet. Try shutting up." Camie said.

"You shut up!" Kacchan and I both yelled.

Camie just laughed.

"Sorry. You're just too easy, babes."

"I told you not to call me that, moron!"

"I think we did great! That was some serious teamwork in there guys!" Yaorashi said.

"You think so?" Todoroki said.

"Yeah! Our quirks just worked so well together." Yaorashi said.

"Oh yeah, Todoroki. I talked to Endeavor today." I said.

Todoroki looked back at me.

"He kinda pissed me off. I mean, we had just met and he already had an impression on me. A bad one at that." I said remembering the conversation.

Todoroki sighed.

"I can only imagine how badly that went." he said.

"He was saying some weird stuff. Like I was influencing you." I said.

"In what way could you possibly influence me?" Todoroki asked in his usual stoic tone.

"He said I was influencing your 'rude behavior' but I told him I wasn't and told him off. I don't know. I just thought you might want to know that." I said.

Todoroki's face didn't really change, but I could tell that agitated him.

We finally walked out the building and saw that purple head Shiketsu guy, All Might, Present Mic, and Endeavor talking with some guy.

Camie ran up to the purple head guy.

"Ooh, what's going on, Shishikura? You schmoozing with All Might? Seriously that symbol? What were you guys talking about? Like, hero stuff, or what?" Camie asked.

"We were talking about you! Fool!" Shishikura yelled in Camie's face.

"For realzies! That's so sweet!"

It was then that me and the other guys joined the conversation and walked up. Kacchan was a little too close to Camie for my liking, so I made sure to stay close to him.

"We still don't know why you were targeted, miss Ustushimi. But hopefully together, we'll get a better idea of what the villains want." A guy in a suit said.

"Cray-cray."

"Additionally, this means we can organize joint training sometime." Shishikura said.

"Next time, I'll beat you up one on one." Kacchan said.

"You still behave and speak like a back alley thug! You hoodlum! Remember your place!" Shishikura yelled.

"Yeah, you don't get to be the one to tell me that." Kacchan responded.
