Armin had identified the Female Titan and you were on a mission to capture her.

"I still can't believe that Annie is a traitor." you said to Sasha as you were putting on your ODM gear.

"The fact that she trained with us and acted like our friend kills me." she responded with pain in her voice.

"You can't trust anyone these days. I bet there are more like her." you put out your theory.

"You girls ready?" Connie asked "We are ready to leave." you followed him on the way to Wall Sina.

You were in different squads, though for this operation. You were in Hange's squad which had to put traps in one alley just in case if you needed a plan C.

As you were almost done with setting the traps a lightning struck which made it clear that plan A was a goner.

"I'm guessing Annie had transformed?" you said unsure.

"Yea, look there." a guy from your squad said pointing at the Titan.

"Hurry up, we have to set those traps faster." Hange said tossing you a rope.

After being ready Jean and Connie managed to trick the Female Titan into the allay and you successfully captured her. Hange made her way to the titan to get a closer look.

But Annie was smart and manged to run away.

You were ordered to help people escape from the dangerous parts of the city. You switched to ODM gear and wondered around the city, looking for people.

You noticed a little girl sitting in a corner with her hands over her ears. You approached her.

"Are you hurt?" you asked and she looked at you with tears in her eyes. She just shook her head no.

"Don't worry I'm going to get you to safety." you assured her and helped the kid stand up.

Holding the girl's hand, you ran through the narrow streets to the place where the citizens gathered.

"Oi what are you doing, cadet?" you heard someone calling you from behind.

You turned around to face no other than humanity's strongest soldier. You wondered if he was so strong why wasn't he helping with capturing the Female Titan.

"Helping people out?" you raised an eyebrow unsure.

"You are bleeding. Are you hurt?" he came closer to you.

"What? Where?" you check yourself for any wounds, but you didn't find any.

"Down there." he looked down at your pants.

"Oh, shit." you wanted to slap yourself and the person who decided to make the uniform pants white.

"Here, take this." he took off his cape and wrapped it around you.

"Oh, thanks." you were shocked from his actions.

"The titans are coming this way. Go!" he noticed Eren and Annie in the distance running towards you.

You didn't wait for a second invitation, you picked up the girl and switched to ODM gear. This way you would reach the base faster.

You couldn't help, but look behind you, searching for Levi. You knew that he could watch after himself just fine, but some strange feeling was forming inside you. You noticed that he was limping very lightly. You wondered when that had happened.

After the mission you managed to get backed to the HQ in one piece. The mission hadn't ended like all of you  expected, but at least it had ended.

"What happened to your leg?" you jogged a bit to catch up with captain Levi.

"None of your business." he didn't even glance at you.

"Okay then, mysterious guy." you joked, but he didn't even crak a fake smile "Rude much." you mumbled.

"What do you want, brat?" he finally looked at you.

"I'm just trying to get along with you captain, but fine as you wish. I'm no longer going to be friendly with you." you snapped and walked away.

You went back to your room and the girls were already there.

"What's that you look rather irritated?" Sasha was munching on God knows what.

"Yea, that stupid captain is on my last nerve." you jumped on your bed.

"And whose cape is that?" Mikasa raised an eyebrow "Yea, whose is it?" Sasha asked playfully.

"Oh, that." you quickly took the cape off "It's his." you tossed it on the desk.

"And why are you wearing it?" the potato girl winked at you.

"Um, he gave it to me." you felt your cheeks burning.

"Why, though?" Mikasa asked as she was wrapping her scarf around her neck.

"Just leave it already." you buried your face in your pillow.

You couldn't get the captain off of your mind. Today when there was no one around you, he gave you his cape and was somewhat nice and when there were people around, he acted like a total prick. You couldn't understand what was going on with him. Also, you cringed at the thought that you were worried about his well-being.

"Hey, good news. We were chosen as the new Levi squad." Connie slammed the door open and walked in your room.

"Learn to knock." you snapped at him.

"Oh, right. Sorry." he scratched the back of his head nervously "anyway as a celebration Captain Levi allowed us to go out in town. You coming?" he smiled.

"Hope there will be something to eat." Sasha jumped out of her bed like a lightning. With a sigh you stood up and followed them outside.
