The butler shook no. "I kept my hand over the glass, Sir."

Keeping eye contact a little longer, Shu knew the man was scared of him. "It's safe," he waved the man away and took her outside. "You have to be careful, Chisana. The women are jealous enough to try something. You did dance with him thrice."

"I will." She sipped her water. "May I use your name or Reiji's to make sure of it?"

He smiled. "Not needed, I can't leave your side." He took her to a bench so she could rest her feet. "Are your feet not hurting you?"

She laughed. "No, over the last few days, I walked on them to get used to it. I have carpet on my bedroom floor so no one heard anything."

A chuckle followed as he sat next to her. "Well, use the break for a bit of rest. He might ask you again for a dance."

"Am I an excuse for him so he doesn't have to socialize?" She noticed him shrug.

"Who knows? But you make it look easy and elegant. I've heard the other one complain and got in trouble while we're barely half an hour here." He realized someone got close.

She looked around. A smile on her face showed when she found Subaru further in the garden. "They look amazing."

Subaru heard her with Shu. "Done by a professional."

"You don't want to be inside." She read between the lines.

Subaru teleported closer. "Everyone knows it." He leaned on the railing, looking out over the well-maintained garden. "None of us like being here except for Reiji."

"Not this time." Reiji saw her outside with two of his brothers. "We'll talk later and back home." He turned to Chisana. "Where are the others?"

"Ayato is bothering the girl for a change. Kanato is gone, maybe he went back home," answered Shu. "Laito left with someone."

Reiji closed his eyes. "Unbelievable." Pushing up his glasses, he turned to scan the room. The disgrace of the family.

Understanding the mood changed, Chisana got up. "How would you punish him? Not letting him bite my thigh could be a possibility, but I offered that once and I'm not doing that again."

Being in front of him, Reiji pulled her in his arms and tilted her head slightly. She drove him crazy with her exposed neck and neckline.

"Go ahead, Reiji, just don't take too much, please." She knew the full moon influenced them and she couldn't stop him if she wanted. She wrapped her arms around him when his fangs punctured her neck.

The air got heavier with her blood lingering, and Shu eyed his brother. Meeting them halfway as always. Or even to the point of obedience? Who knows?

Subaru turned to walk away. "When do we go back home? One more hour, and I will teleport home."

Reiji snapped out of his trance and healed the wounds in her neck. "We can go home in an hour."

She leaned against him with her head against his chest. "That would be great."

Her voice sounded weak to him. "I'm sorry that was more than I should've taken. Still with me, Chisana?"

"I am." She nodded.

Reiji sat down and pulled her on his lap. "I didn't mean to take so much. It was the moon."

Shaking her head, she accepted the help. "No, no need to apologize. I do understand that it doesn't matter if you drink earlier. The moon affects you all regardless." A hand on her back, made her turn to Shu.
