Chisana got her candy and a few snacks. I wonder who will open up to me next? Reiji did in Germany, when he showed me their old house. Going back to the kitchen, she eyed Kanato.
"You can't bite me, Kanato, Reiji already has. Can you wait until we get back home or not?"
"Why is that?" Kanato realized the crowdedness in the kitchen.
"Because it's taking rather long for the awakening. If you can wait until we're back home, you can drink until I'm unconscious." Chisana saw a smile reaching his eyes.
Kanato looked forward to it. "I can wait." He never drank that much. "We never did drank that much from you."
I don't have much time anymore. Plus, they don't teleport us with them. Reiji only did to apologize, but he won't do it all the time. "Yui, let's go. There isn't much time anymore." Chisana reminded her.
Yui got up, took her juice mix from the fridge, and followed the girl. She hoped to enjoy some sunshine.
Chisana stopped at the door. "You haven't been in your room yet, have you, Reiji?"
Prompted by her words, Reiji put everything in the dishwasher and went to his other room. He found the difference on the chessboard and smiled for having his chess partner back. Checking the time, he knew he had to leave. Damn it, there was no time to make a counter move.

In the car, Reiji pulled Chisana next to him. "There was something else I needed to do." He showed her something before handing it over.
Godiva chocolate? He went to Belgium just to get me some chocolate? With a smile, Chisana leaned her head against his shoulder for a moment. "Thank you."
The difference was noticed by everyone.
"What did you get from him, Chiwa?" Ayato was glad to have Yui next to him again, since Chisana sat next to his brother.
"Something I won't share with anyone." Chisana put it in her bag. "For with my book and a cup of tea later tonight."
Reiji knew she had plenty of room in her bag. "Do you have room for one more book in your bag?"
Chisana nodded. "Always, the book I'm currently reading is almost finished."
Reiji handed her a book. "I take it you'll be careful with this book."
Volume one of Remembrance of Things Past?! "Of course," Chisana muttered under her breath and got the book in her hands. I rather protect it and keep it safe.
"What thick book is that?" Subaru realized they talked things through.
I can read it when I finish my other book. Chisana put it safely in her bag and showed her other book to Yui. Now, I really want to finish it and start in the other one.
Yui smiled back and took a book out as well. She knew her friend loved reading.
"You too, Pancake." Ayato couldn't believe that, besides his brother, both girls are reading. "What are you reading?" He tried to see the cover but when that failed, he stole the book and scanned the cover. "Never thought you'd be one to read in the car."
Shu stretched his legs and crossed his ankles.
Seeing his oldest brother move, Ayato stopped and gave the book back. He had no interest in fighting his brother in the car. The car was too small for that.
