"Good afternoon, ladies, breakfast is ready." Masaki gestured for them to take a seat.

You know what? I'm done pretending. Chisana sat down when Reiji came inside. "I had no idea he was coming."

"Neither did I. Good afternoon, Chisana, Yui." Reiji heard sounds from the kitchen and moved the man to pour the tea for them. "What are you doing here, Masaki?"

"I'm here for my daughter..."

"Did you ask her?" Reiji put three tea glasses down and joined the girls.

Masaki frowned and got himself a cup of tea. "I don't have to ask my daughter..."

"Your daughter is sitting here and growing tired of your disappearing acts," replied Chisana. "I am not invisible so stop ignoring me. Why are you here? Are you trying to make yourself indisposable again?"

"Chisana, I'm talking to Rei..."

"Stop talking to Reiji about me. If it's about me, you talk to me." Chisana gobbled her breakfast. "And what is it you're trying to do? Replacing Reiji in the household? Trying to get a place in this household?"

"Don't raise your voice at me, young lady." Masaki jumped up, bumping the table and knocking over a tea glass, which caused Chisana to jump up because of the hot liquid.

"I have every right to do so. And look what you did! There isn't even much time anymore."

Reiji intervened. "Masaki, cool down elsewhere." He sent the man out of the kitchen. "I need someone to clean this!"

Subaru was the first to come in. "I'll do it."

"Thanks." Reiji teleported both girls upstairs and into their rooms. "Just change, and I'll be right back." He promised himself to talk to Masaki later.

This is annoying. The first time it was coffee and at school, and now tea? Chisana found herself in her room and picked another uniform to change in her bathroom. Something that didn't take long. In her bedroom, she saw Reiji. "Just done."

"I'm not blaming you, Chisana, but your father has the worst timing." Reiji teleported to Yui's room. "Ready?"

"I am, Reiji-san." Yui came back, and they were teleported back into the kitchen.

Chisana grabbed her bag and put her juice bottle mix in it and a few snacks. "Yui."

Yui held her bag open and got a few snacks. "Thank you."

"We can leave." Chisana felt his hand on her shoulder again and was teleported to the front door. I did change while being on the toilet. It's called multitasking.

"I talked to Masaki." Shu heard them and went after her father.

Chisana sighed. "I'll go and talk to him later because I don't like this either."

"As long as you keep in mind that you are not responsible for him, Chisana." Reiji opened the door for them. "Last week of school."

Getting inside the car, Chisana ended up between Shu and Reiji. "How did he react?"

"As expected, he wanted to know who the head of the household was. Me or Reiji." Shu chuckled. "I answered saying our father is."

Chisana laughed, imagining her father shaking his head angrily. "Was the steam coming from his ears?"

"Almost." Shu smiled, hearing her joke about her father. "He said he doesn't have to take that from, and I quote an adolescent, apathetic, and lazy idiot end quote. Your father isn't the brightest, is he?"
